The Salty Shug is a cozy 2nd floor condo located in a quiet gated complex at Bonita Point with a well-equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer, balcony w/gas grill. There are 3 smart TVs with streaming capabilities. Master bedroom features a king bed, en-suite full bath and access to the balcony with gorgeous lagoon views. Use the roll down shade on the French doors, should you want to sleep late. Guest room features a comfy Queen bed and a work desk with oversized monitor. Both restrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers, soap & lotion and of course plenty of fluffy towels. Enjoy your morning coffee from the coffee bar with a starter supply of coffee pods. Peaceful mornings on the balcony listening to the birds sing and watching activity on the lagoon is a great way to start the day. The balcony closet is full of beach toys, beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels and a wagon provided for your quick walk to the beach or relaxing poolside. Our beautiful Gulf of America is just 2 blocks south...a quick 3 or 4-minute walk to be Beach Access 22. This is a handicap accessible beach entry, with a shower station, long walkway in the sand and beautiful observation stand (with limited parking). There is a dedicated crosswalk at Bonita Dr. & Thomas Dr. Bring your paddle boards and explore Grand Lagoon or enjoy the beautiful waters of the Gulf. This location has many dining choices and activities within walking distance for all ages. The new Tootsie's is an easy walk. We have a bicycle stand next to the building and our area has a 59% bikeable score! Also, there are bike rentals and golf cart rentals nearby.... some with delivery & pick up services.
Please note this is a second-floor condo, with NO elevator and ability to walk the stairs is a must. Use of a boat slip is not included/ available at this time, but you can tie up your jetski or boat to the dock with prior approval.
