Awesome Weekend in Dennis, MA

Perfect location near the beaches and restaurants! Place was clean and had everything we needed. Backyard was great as well. Highly recommend!

This beach house was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and very close to some great restaurants. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the backyard and patio were great for relaxing after the beach. The host was so easy to communicate with and check in snd check out were so easy! Would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful Stay Right by the Beach

My family and I stayed at Max's beautiful property over the Labor Day Weekend and could not be happier with our choice!! The property itself is well maintained, super close to the beach, plenty of restaurants, and other towns nearby. Max was a fantastic host - he answered all our questions within minutes. He even let us early check-in and notified us as soon as the cleaners left. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here!!!

Vacation Week Wanderers

There were 4 of us renting in Dennis port with no real plans or schedules and decided we'd do what we wanted to on any given day. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood area, clean with all the amenities you need. We traveled to Wellfleet, Province town, Martha's Vineyard, Chatham, Hyannis for Whale Watch and too Falmouth for a day. These were all perfect day trips due to the location of the cottage. It was clean, comfortable and we truly had a great week! I only wish we had discovered the games in the round footrest, before we were leaving! Local Food Recommendations: The Oyster Company - grown local at owner's farm, excellent oysters & seafood. The Den Cape Cod - casual dining relaxing atmosphere, good food. Th Sailing Cow - at the end across the street from Beach - Comfort food and cocktails. The Ocean House - beautiful location and views - we saved this for the last night to enjoy the views. Overall great week and great spot Max, glad we got to experience it first-hand!

Great beach house

The house was perfect for our family. Being a quick walk to the beach made for the ideal location. Everything about the check in process was clearly communicated and the house exceeded our expectations. The back patio and side yard were a great space to relax after the beach. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. I would highly recommend the house based on the location.
