Convenient with luxurious!

Perfect location to enjoy a dream vacation in The Villages. This villa is not only convenient, but is beauifully furnished and appointed with an eye for luxury. Will definitely book again.

Cute house.

Cute house that is a 10 minute walk to Sumter square. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely rent it again.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived! The home is spotless, beautifully decorated with a great location. There was everything you need (and more) in the kitchen, linens and towels were clean and like new. Plenty of closet space and the washer and dryer were clean and worked great. We would definitely go back. We did get to meet the owner who lives nearby but never felt like they were checking up on us. They just came over to help set up the TV. Again LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Lake Sumter is our favorite area of The Villages. The fee for resident ID and trail fee is a great deal.

Sumter landing Gem - (Which it is)

We rented this property with no expectations, just that we wanted to get away and golf for a couple of weeks and see friends in the Villages. The property speaks for itself and was in excellent condition. The property had all the amenities and then some. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful. I have rented many units in my past and I must say that this exceeds most all of them. I will be looking forward in renting this property in the future.
