Une chambre, salle de bain complète. 4 couchages. Quartier très calme. Rue sans issue, adaptée aux enfants. Idéal pour la famille. Grand terrain extérieur, blindé sous porche 12 x 12. Lit queen dans la chambre, lit de repos (gigogne) dans le salon, TV plasma dans le salon, Internet sans fil, air conditionné. Stationnement hors rue. Récemment rénové, très propre et calme. À quelques pas de la plage, de la jetée et du parc d'attractions. Les propriétaires restent dans un autre appartement. L'heure d'arrivée est 2PM. Le départ est à 10h

So close to the beach and this is a great rental for a family of 4 or less. Hosts were responsive and super sweet. There was a perfect outdoor space here for kids and adults. House was clean and had plenty of space for us. Short walk to the beach and palace playland! We had a great time with our family of 4 and we hope to go back and again, hosts were wonderful!

We loved our stay here! Would definitely book again. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable, the location was amazing, and we were lucky enough to meet the owners’ dog — a gentle giant Newfie (my fave dog breed!) 10/10!

The best way I can summarize our stay is that the morning after we arrived, my wife said, "Okay, so when we come back here next year..." Also, my five year old on our last day asked if we could come back last year. The rental and the location were excellent. The 13-ish minute walk to the beach is on point. It's just far enough to help walk off all of the fisherman's platters from the pier/beach area. The renters were very prompt in communicating and were always extremely helpful.

The home was exactly as pictured and very clean. The outdoor space and enclosed patio were a bonus for a lazy afternoon of relaxing and spending time with family. The host, Ryan, maintained contact before our arrival to ensure we didn't have any questions or need anything for our stay. Ryan and his wife, Kim, came by to introduce themselves and to make sure we were settled in and did not need anything. If you're looking to rent something in Old Orchard look no further than this place, you will be happy with the accommodations and the hospitality of the hosts..

We spent 7 days and as advertised it was cozy comfortable and very quiet being at a dead end road. The property was perfect very clean on the inside and out, the host were really friendly and the check in process was a breeze. I will definitely be vacationing back here next year.And highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to be close to downtown without out all the noise.

Relaxing and welcoming from the moment we arrived! Beautiful property within walking distance of the pier and restaurants. Beds were comfy, screened in porch was a hit and all around a great time! We can’t wait to go back!

Great location

We have been to OOB a few times and this was a great location. Not a bad walk to downtown and it’s a quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and we loved the fire pit and that there was a picnic table.

Most Memorable Trip To Old Orchard Beach

The booking process from start to finish was extremely seamless. The house was immaculate, cozy, perfect for families, on a quiet dead-end street and a short walk to the beach, pier and everything you need! We're so happy we stayed here and plan on making this a tradition!

We had a great week at the property. It was a quiet area but a 10 minute walk to the beach. My daughter loved the play area outside and being at the end of a dead end street was great. Will definitely return!

Great Location!

We were in town to attend a convention in Portland. The location was great! A quick, easy and beautiful drive going the back way to Portland each day. The owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. I wish we had more time to visit the area, but our days were full with obligations. Maybe next visit!

Short walk to the beach

Great quiet neighborhood, close to downtown/beach, easily walkable. Very kid friendly area, has BBQ, fire pit, small swing set, picnic table and screened in porch. Owners were super nice and responsive. Only suggestion would be to provide a hair dryer and some glass dishes (I’m not a fan of eating/drinking off plastic). I’d definitely come back!

Amazing Stay!

This was our first time to OOB and the house was perfect walking distance to downtown, the pier, and beach! The Marstons were so wonderful and friendly! The house was perfectly clean and we loved the little things they left to make it a special visit! It was our daughters birthday and we arrived to a whole arrangement of birthday balloons and princess decorations! We enjoyed the s’mores kit left out for us and other fun things! 100% recommend booking here if you want a fun OOB experience! We will definitely go back again!

Amazing getaway

This property was outstanding. Nothing short of a beautiful and cozy home. SUPER clean, and perfect amount of space for family of 4. It was nice and quiet as it was located on a dead-end street. Nice neighborhood, REALLY nice backyard. The family who owns it actually had their vacation the same week, and were right next door. SUPER nice people, and accomidating. Also, it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and Pier, so convenience is there! I would 1000% recommend, and really hope to stay there again in the future! Thank you for having us!

Cute home great location

We enjoyed our stay and first trip to OOB. The home was just right. Enough space for us, a spacious kitchen to enjoy a meal or two and a cozy screened in porch. The location is within walking distance to the downtown location, a handful of food options and the beach. We found the beach to be a bit crowded so we drove 10 minutes and went to the state park, although you have to pay it was less crowded with trails to explore if you needed to get out of the sun. We enjoyed a dinner at the local brewery which was good and lunch out on a pier north of OOB at a seafood market. The rest of our days were grab and go or we were visiting other local towns. The outside grounds were cozy and the addition of swings were a hit with our daughter. The only downfall were the mosquitos- they dined heavily on our Pennsylvania bodies- bug spray helped! We wouldn’t hold that against our stay or the house itself- it’s nature and the wooded area/ humid weather is perfect for breeding! Ryan and his family were thoughtful and generous. Our children played while we relaxed knowing they were safe on the dead end street. Sleeping was peaceful as there was no street noise- a huge bonus in a bustling town! We enjoyed our short stay!
