Beautiful Updated Ocean Block 3 BR 2 Bath, Large Deck, Steps to Beach

Upscale Coastal - 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo on ocean block. Unit has a Washer & Dryer, and Central Air Conditioning. Linen Package included for completed bookings at least 30 hours before check-in day and time (see details below). Fully equipped Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, K-cup Coffee Maker and Blender. 55" LED HD smart TV in the Living Room with streaming capabilities. All Bedrooms and Living Room are equipped with ceiling fans. Unit has Xfinity X1 Comcast service, FREE fast WiFi which is great for catching up on a little work if needed. Pull out sofa that will sleep 2 in the living room with black out shades all around to keep the early morning sun out. Just steps away from the beach with no major roads to cross. Great location close to shopping, bars, and restaurants; Crabcake Factory and Green Turtle are both within a 5 minute walking distance! Unit 1 is located on the 1st floor.

Our Linen Package includes Luxury Sheet sets for all beds in bedrooms and Spa quality towel sets for 6
people (*NOTE: If you have more than 6 and are using the pullout sofa bed you need to bring Queen sheets for it and towels for the extra people).

*Having an extended family vacation, need more space? We have 3 units available, up to 9 Bedrooms and 6 bathrooms! Just the perfect set up for a large extended family vacation rental. You are right next to each other, but have your own individual space.

Property rental is restricted to those over the age of 25.

We always stay in this location. Our first year at this property/unit. It was very clean and nice unit. The host was very responsive. Close to the beach and all the places we love. I definitely recommend! There were a lot of extra touches like complimentary coffee and plenty of soaps, towels, and etc. We had a great holiday weekend.

Owners had great communication and rental is bigger than it looks in pictures. Can be a little loud since it’s right by the highway but that didn’t bother us too much.

Perfect Getaway

Ocean Breeze was the perfect getaway for our family! The house was exactly as pictured on the listing and had everything that we needed. The location was super convenient with just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc. We hope to be able to visit again!
