Newly renovated condominium located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a cul de sac, just a short walk or bike ride to Butler Beach. 5 to 10 minutes by car to many other beaches close by. Visit the Alligator Farm, lighthouse or a night at the amphitheater for live music. 15 minutes by car to St George Street shopping, restaurants, museums, Bridge of Lions and more.
This home has all the amenities you'll need. Fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, towels, boogie board and grill. Parking for two vehicles in rear. Two bikes for your use. Each bedroom has extra sheets, blankets, pillows, a dresser, large closet. Queen bed in one bedroom and a double bed in the other.
Come visit the oldest city in our nation, founded in 1565. A stay you won't forget and definitely will want to return to.

The place was in a great location. wifi was great (needed as we both worked the whole time). place was clean, stocked with things to be able to cook. great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. loved that the art pieces were available for purchase (purchased 3 of them).

The host even has extra little things like sugar and sweetener and syrup and use a cute little note and you could buy most of the pictures on the wall. They’re priced to be bought one and there’s bikes to use chairs to use. I definitely recommend this place.

The host is awesome. We are in our 60s and he calmly walked us through our”bumps in the road”. Jeff has plenty of information in the house about the area. My sisters rented a house nearby so we did not take advantage of the information available. I would rent for him again in a heartbeat

The kitchen was stocked well enough to do what little cooking we did, pizza the first night and breakfast every day. Evening was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We will recommend this place to everyone we know!

This was a well stocked and clean condo! There is only a breakfast bar with 4 stools for eating at, but there are 4 TV trays too. We really loved the 2 bicycles to use, and the 10 min ride to a beautiful beach, where we could ride bikes all along the water! They even left recommendations for beaches and restaurants.

This is one of the better VRBO that I’ve stayed in. It’s recently renovated and everything is in good condition. The beds were comfortable and very clean (that says something because I can hardly sleep at a hotel for imaging what might be on the bedding). The triplex is on a quiet street and an easy walk to the beach. The unit had everything that you could think of for making meals. The only nit picky thing was the laminate floors weren’t that clean and there was no mop. We usually go barefoot indoors but found that we had to wash our feet again before bed or wear slippers. The unit is conveniently located and we appreciated all the small touches that the owner put into making this a great experience. From the local art on the wall, the bicycles and the laundry soap- no detail went unnoticed. We would definitely stay here again.
