This beautifully remodeled very large 2 story private home is located on a 12 acres orchard. Enjoy the stunning views from any window in the home or take a stroll throughout the secluded property. Self check-in; WiFi provided. Kitchen with range, microwave, dishwasher, built-in toaster, Kurig coffee maker and large dining room with seating for 8. Utility room with washer/dryer. Main level master bedroom with 2 full baths and smaller bedroom with single bed. Large living room with Smart TV. Upstairs includes 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Outdoor grill; complementary coffee and water; blow dryers; shampoo/conditioner; outdoor decks; located near major highways and the Capital; pets are strictly prohibited. Check in 2pm. Check out 12pm.

There is another house within this house we stayed at, with a lot of lock doors leading into the house we occupied. We could hear movement and when we check one of the doors someone lock it from the other side! we all were scared as well as no curtains on the windows. There was a dirty pillow case in one room we took pictures, the oven did not work being I paid over two thousand to stay here
 It was a overall uncomfortable experience knowing there were five locked doors not knowing if someone can enter at any time. I feel like I was cheated out of my money and a horrible experience.

We had a family wedding just outside of Topeka so we stayed a Friday afternoon through a Sunday morning. This house was perfect and very clean, with several people plenty of bathrooms and plenty of towels for everyone to get ready each day, had a place to gather in the morning for coffee and lunch, a quick drive to Dillon's or Walmart for anything we needed, several games if had younger kids, we found some cards and played cards around the big kitchen table, was just a great place, oh and plenty of parking for several vehicles as well.

This house is absolutely beautiful! The host & owner are very helpful, easy to communicate with & responded quickly. There was plenty of room for our group & it made our stay relaxing. We will definitely be back! We highly recommend this house & host!

May Visit

Came into town for family wedding with 1yr old, 3 yr old and a 12 yr old. This place was amazing and allowed the kids plenty of room to be kids! So happy we had the experience.

Excellent Stay

I grew up a half mile away from this house. Passed it many times over the years. A couple of my sisters and I traveled to Topeka to spend time here visiting other family. Everything was perfect. The house is so spacious and comfortable. The host is responsive and accommodating. This will definitely be our first choice for return trips to Topeka.

Great Home Away From Home

This property was perfect. The bedrooms were large. Plenty of bathrooms. We did not use the event center, however, it would have been perfect for large family gathering to eat, play games, etc! Back porch had several porch swings which we enjoyed sitting in and gazing out on expansive property with apple orchard. Lori, the Property Manager was very responsive! Will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful, clean home away from home!

My family and my in laws all stayed at this property for a wedding. The house is so nice, clean, and well stocked. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and a teenager-everyone had their own space and bathroom. I recommend this property if you are in need of a nice place to stay in the Topeka area! We will definitely be staying here again when we are in town to visit family!

Wonderful Home

The home is amazing. More than you could ever dream. County in the city. Trees are blooming are so pretty. This is a castle so very big. Make sure to rent the event room also, it has tables and chair ready for you to serve your people. Thank you for sharing your family home.

Beutiful home and property.

We needed a place that could accommodate our family that included 3 of our grown children and their spouses. This propertyfit the bill! Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Muliple bathrooms made it easy for getting ready to go out. The outdoor grounds were well kept and made for pleasant walks in the mornings and evenings. Host was quick to respond back with any questions we had. Would stay here again.
