Quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed the beautifully screened in porch. We rented kayaks from Florida keys kayak and standup paddle board in Marathon. They were excellent to work with. They delivered kayaks directly to our vacation house. We paddled the waterways daily. Much fun!

Great house in peaceful neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The house lived up to the description in the listing. It would be well suited for two couples with seperate master bed rooms and bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would mention is there is a serious flight of steps up to the front door, which could be an issue for some. We had no problem however.

This place is noy even close to a VRBO acceptable property. The Property Managing Company, Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys is below acceptable as well. Please issue a full refund for this old, dirty and lacking property. I can provide pictures to support this review.

So glad we explored this part of the United States

3 minor issues: A couple of kitchen drawers were actually quite dirty and contained completely rusted useless tools; The ice cube trays were stacked together in the laundry room but were stored while wet so there was mold in them; the iron was stored in a closet and not emptied of the water so it was sitting in a pool of water on top of a tub. The welcoming basket and note were very nice! Having laundry soap and so many other small items made the visit more pleasant.

This place was amazing and due to lack of reviews, almost didn't rent it. So glad we did! Beautiful and the amount of trees on the property gives the illusion your on your own private little island. Place was spotless! Not sure what that other 2star review was about.Loved watching iguanas sun themselves on the dock. The concierge was amazing and got us kayak rentals delivered to the property.We had an un-bee-lievable experience when we came down from having lunch and going to leave there was a swarm of bees that wasn't there an hour ago. I called the property team and they immediately sent someone (like within 15 mins). They identified the bees as honey bees (not murder hornets like I thought lol) and said they needed to be removed specially as they are protected. Ecolabs came out, dressed in full bee covers and safely moved the bees along. The bees could literally happen to anyone, anywhere, was not an issue with the property. I share this to highlight the amazing service from the property management team to ensure our stay was top notch and it was. Can't wait to rent this place again. It may have felt like a secluded island but we were minutes away from everything. Can't wait to come back to this specific location!
