Boyne Mountain Resort (Ski, Waterpark, Zip line, SkyBridge, Golf) and the Boyne Forest Mountain Bike trails only 5 miles away. This newly updated 3-bedroom, 2 full bath cottage sleeps 10 comfortably and is stocked with everything you need for that "home away from home" experience!

Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom cottage located in the heart of Boyne City, Michigan!



3 mins - Lake Charlevoix

9 mins - Alpine Golf Course

10 mins - Boyne Mountain Resort (Ski, Waterpark, Zip line, SkyBridge, Golf)

Our well-maintained cottage offers a perfect getaway for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for ample space and comfort. It features:



3 Cozy Bedrooms: Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and plenty of storage to ensure everyone enjoys a restful night's sleep. Main level bedroom offers a King bed, upper bedrooms consist of one Queen room and one room with 2 Queen beds.



Modern Bathrooms: With two full bathrooms, you'll have all the convenience you need for your stay. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided.



Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. You'll find everything you need to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals at the dining table which seats 6-8 and the kitchen table accommodates another 4 guests.



Relaxing Living Area: The spacious living area is perfect for unwinding. You can relax on the comfortable sofa, catch up on your favorite shows, or enjoy a book in the natural light streaming through the windows. The neighboring sitting room offers 2 reading chairs and a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. The door wall off of the sitting area leads to your very own private hot tub where you can soak and unwind after a long day of amazing adventures!



Outdoor Patio: Step outside to a charming patio area where you can sip your morning coffee, have a barbecue or bonfire, or simply bask in the fresh Michigan air.



Large Yard: Enjoy the large yard for some fun competitive corn-hole or volleyball. Great for boat storage and ample parking.



Covered Patio: Great space for reading, having a glass of wine or a cup of coffee protected from the elements. This area is also a great space for your beach chairs, toys or Ski/Ski boot storage.

Our location couldn't be better. You're just a short stroll away from downtown Boyne City. Explore local shops, savor delicious cuisine at nearby restaurants, and take in the beautiful views of Lake Charlevoix, Ski or Golf at Boyne Mountain, Highlands or Nubs, enjoy the new Boyne Forest Mountain Bike Trail, Wineries, Farmers Markets, Festivals and Events. Boyne Thunder, 4th of July Fireworks, Venetian in Charlevoix and so much more!

Great house. Easy to walk into town. Great layout for two families to share the space. Owner answered any question I had super quick. I wish the kitchen had a better supply of glassware. Only one wine glass and no plastic cups which you need for the hot tub. Hot tub was very nice but you are on the side of the main road so you hear road traffic.

Very clean and convenient location the hot tub was great and very nice being so close to downtown boyne city. Do wish there where more cleaning supplies such as sponges and scrubbers for dishware since a checkout requirement is to clean any dishes

We had a very nice anniversary stay in October. We took a lot of drives looking ay the beautiful fall colors. The house was cozy,we used the hot tub daily, and just relaxed. We cooked our meals there and the bed was very comfortable. Its a short walk to the lake with a few cute paths to follow along a little stream.

Comfortable and close to town

We stayed 3 nights and beds were comfy and plenty of space to relax and talk. We could walk to downtown Boyne and enjoy the restaurants, shopping and sunsets.

Great Stay in Boyne City

We found the house to be very clean and nicely updated, it was a comfortable walk downtown to Boyne City for food and coffee. The location is convenient for exploring Northern Michigan around the lake in the summertime.

The home was super clean, and it literally had EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your stay! We were hit with an ice storm and lost power and the host was super responsive and the communication was great!

Family get away

The property is as described. Check in super easy. Stairs going up to the two bedrooms were a little steep and with no hand rail which made it a little tricky for my elderly aunts. Maybe an additional towel rack in the upstairs bathroom would be beneficial especially when you have multiple people staying there. It was a great location clean and beds and pillows were super comfortable.

Weekend Up North with friends

First time in this area to do wine tasting for the weekend. We liked the location of the house, 1/2 mile outside downtown Boyne City. House was nicely appointed. Kitchen was small, one wall, no dishwasher. Upstairs bathroom was small, needs more towel rods or hooks. Dining room was nice size and living rooms were good size. Beds were comfortable.

Nice place to stay Up North

Will start with the only negative since positives are longer. Stayed week of Thanksgiving and there was still a portable air conditioner vent in the upstairs window which was screwed in. It made the upstairs very cold. But we bought a screw driver and took it out for our stay.The place was great for 4 of us. The kitchen

New Year Ski Trip

The highlights of this property is the proximity to skiing and hot tub. The downside is the lack of dishwasher and garbage disposal. The 2nd level is a cute "attic-like" space with 2 bedrooms & full bath, but it is about 5 degrees cooler than the main level in winter. Recommendations: a.) relocate the smoke alarm in kitchen to avoid constant alarms, b.) add "lightbulbs" to cleaning checklist. Overall, the property was clean upon arrival with a few spots of minor damage from previous guests. The beds were comfy, hot water was good, kitchen supplies were limited but functional, and there is a washer/dryer in basement (did not use). Mother Nature delivered some snow and the short driveway was plowed within a few hours. Thank you for a nice stay. Best wishes with your rental property.
