Le Waterwheel Condominiums se trouve à distance de marche du centre-ville de New Braunfels, de Schlitterbahn et à seulement 4,8 km du centre historique de Gruene. Ce magnifique condo 2/2 est entièrement meublé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances reposantes! La chambre principale a un lit king size, un lit double et un lit gigogne double avec une salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size avec une salle de bain invité idéalement située juste à côté. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. Des draps de haute qualité sont fournis pour tous les lits et les salles de bain. Descendez au bord de la rivière ou visitez Rockin 'R juste à côté pour être transporté par bateau vers la rivière Comal ou la rivière Guadalupe pour flotter toute la journée!

Les promenades Rockin 'R River prendront place juste à côté et pourront amener les invités à flotter le fleuve Comal ou la rivière Guadalupe entre le Memorial Day et le Labor Day. Pour toute réservation en dehors de ces dates, le magasin est à seulement 0,7 km. Le complexe dispose de 2 piscines, 4 bains à remous, des barbecues au charbon et un grand espace ouvert d'herbe verte et d'arbres ombragés. C'est un endroit parfait pour un pique-nique! Ce condo est au deuxième étage et dispose d'un ascenseur. Ce condo offre 2 places de stationnement. Pour effectuer une réservation, vous devez être âgé de 25 ans ou plus et séjourner à l'établissement. Animaux interdits. Vous recevrez 2 laissez-passer de stationnement et 6 bracelets (montant maximum autorisé).

** PASSANTS ET PASSES DE STATIONNEMENT REQUIS *** Ces condos sont des propriétés individuelles et les propriétaires permettent gracieusement de louer et de profiter de leurs "résidences secondaires"! Le HOA du complexe avait défini des règles visant à garantir à tous les résidents du complexe de passer un moment merveilleux. En raison de son emplacement fabuleux, nous pouvons avoir des problèmes d'intrus. Les gardes de sécurité sur les lieux sont là pour s’assurer que seuls les locataires utilisent le terrain et que les clients se garent sur les places de stationnement appropriées. Ne soyez pas offensé par les politiques concernant les bracelets de stationnement et les cartes de stationnement, ils sont vraiment là pour vous faire passer un moment fabuleux!

Annual New Braunfels family vacation

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and our unit was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to rent a place near the river and Schlitterbahn!

When we arrived after business hours, we had a small issue with the door not consistently opening with the keypad. I contacted the management company's answering service and was quickly transferred to a very friendly Mgr. They promptly sent over maintenance to resolve the issue. I was very pleased with our experience and would visit again.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

We all really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, the condo was exteemely clean and spacious and we were more than satisfied with the accommodations. The kitchen was a hit with us as they like to cook. The pools are small and can fill up quick but we weren't there for the pools. It will be even nicer when the property next door is finished as the construction is an eyesore and quite loud early in the morning.

Relaxing Getaway

Reviewer Comments: This condo was really nice, comfortable and well furnished, the list of restaurant favorites was a nice touch and we enjoyed the Fork and Spoon very much.We had a family of 5 and there was so much room for all of us:) The only disappointment was the management of the pool at night. Many people without wrist bands, heavy drinking for people in the hot tub and overly large floating devises that did not belong in a pool of that size. The three floating devises took up the whole pool.

A great winter get away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second winter in the Nut House condo and once again it did not disappoint. The condo is clean, well appointed and beautifully situated. The balcony is very private with a view of the large green grounds facing the river where deer can be seen daily. New Braunfels Escapes is a great rental agency to deal with. Very professional and quick to respond to any issues you may have. However, over my three month stay there was only reason to contact them twice. I have booked this condo again for next winter. It’s like my home away from home.

There are nice shutters on the windows to keep the heat out and the bed was so comfortable! We enjoyed the Texas theme- it made us want to go out and enjoy the towns. We went wine tasting, whiskey tasting, shopping downtown in the unique shops and antique shopping. Then we ate fantastic German food at the Alpine Haus, Krause’s and Naegelins Bakery. We planned to tube the river, but ran out of time. We were celebrating our 33rd Anniversary and hadn’t been in NB for 15 years. We will be back soon and I will gladly rent through Vacation Rentals. It was very easy and everyone we talked to we very nice and quick to reply. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great few days. The only disappointment was that we thought we had tube access from our condo.

Hello Steve! Thank you for the review! I'm not sure what you mean by tube access as this complex is located on the Guadalupe River and has private River access. If you are referring to tube rental on premise at the complex there isn't any but we would have been happy to recommend one nearby. We do manage over 140 properties in the area and hope you will stay with us again. Thanks NBE
