To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary welcome package with essentials such as coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, toilet paper, toiletries (body wash, shampoo & conditioner), hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets (where applicable). These items are provided as a starter supply.



Our Concierge Team is happy to assist you in planning your stay. We can help arrange car or golf cart rentals, tours and activities, private chef services, pre-arrival grocery stocking, special occasions, and wellness experiences such as in-home massages.

Important to Know



• A refundable security deposit hold of $500 is required prior to check-in and will be released shortly after check-out, provided no damage is reported during your stay.

• Access to the condo requires stairs, as the complex does not have an elevator.

• Parking for one vehicle on the Las Catalinas parking lot (distance 150 m) is currently free. As it's managed by a private company, this may change at any time to a paid parking lot without prior notice.
