With 2 spacious bedrooms, and one studio with 2 beds and 3.5 beautifully appointed bathrooms distributed in three levels, this property has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The minimalist décor incorporates natural elements like bamboo and wicker, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.



Step into the second level where there are two of the rooms. The master and second bedrooms, both with king-size beds with plush, high-quality linens and luxurious private elegant granite bathrooms that add a luxurious feel, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



Downstairs there is a studio on the first level of the property that features a king size bed, kitchenette and a small dining table for 4, perfect for extra guests or family as well as a full shared bathroom. It has a twin extra bed in the TV area which is separated of the main bed.



The kitchen and living are located on the third level and it is an open-concept design, where natural light floods through the windows, highlighting the white-painted exposed wooden beams.



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, quartz countertops, sleek cabinets, and a bar for 3, perfect for casual breakfasts. A dining table for 6 awaits for larger gatherings, with Mediterranean-style tiles in soft shades of blue and yellow adding a vibrant touch. There is a plush white L-shaped sofa to enjoy a chat or a TV show. There is also a half bathroom in this area, for extra convenience.



Enjoy the outdoors with two balconies, one of which is equipped with a BBQ for al fresco dining and take in the partial ocean views from this charming three-story home. Central air conditioning and fiber-optic internet ensure modern convenience during your stay.



Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet and enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the TVs located in the living room and in the studio. For your convenience, a laundry room with a washer and dryer is available. Parking is stress-free with two dedicated spaces, easily accessible with a parking card system for entry and exit.

Beach Club Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Access subject to availability.



Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access. Access subject to availability.



Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited and subject to availability.
