The exclusive private fenced backyard has an outside living area with grill, dining table, a fire pit with polywood Adirondack sitting area and a newly installed outdoor shower. Located just one short block to the beach and one short block to the bay where you can enjoy both breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every morning and night!

The primary ensuite has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed.

The off-street parking can park 2 cars.

Weekly booking only during the summer season(Independence Day-Labor Day), change over day is Saturday. Like most Jersey Shore rentals, we don't provide linens and towels during the summer season.

Off season, minimum stay is 2 days, no restricted check-in or check-out days, and we also provide linens and towels when you stay off season.

8 beach badges, 6 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas , 1 beach buggy and 1 huge cooler are included.
We provide almost all toiletries(shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash and body lotion, etc.). We also have enough pillows, blankets and comforters for every room.
We also provide seasonings, cooking oils, utensils and plenty dining ware in the kitchen.
Detergent and softener are also provided in the laundry.

Repeated bookings will get 10% discount on nightly rates.
Off season, stay 3 days and more will get 5% discount on nightly rates, stay 7 days and more will get 10% discount on nightly rates.
