One of the few fully HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE houses youâll find at the lake! Nestled inside of Workmanâs Hollow Cove at the 8mm is an ideal spot to call home near local attractions and dining. With direct access to the water and no steps to get there. The house is thoughtfully designed to be wheelchair accessible, featuring ramps, wider doorways, and an accessible bathroom. Outside you can enjoy fun from the dock, play games in the yard and enjoy the fire pit.

Additional Sleeping Accommodations: 2 Queen Pullout Sofa Beds and a Pack 'n' Play
Bathrooms 1: Full Bath that is wheelchair accessible with shower
Bathrooms 2: Full Bath with Shower/Tub combo
Kitchen: Fully equipped with the needed utensils, bakeware, pots, skillets, mixing bowls and appliances for any meal. Appliances include a microwave, electric stove, oven, air fryer, fridge, toaster, crockpot, and coffee maker with freshly brewed coffee options. The dining area can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. With additional table seating for 4 in the living room area
Indoor Living: For those rainy days we have free Wifi, smart TVs with availability to popular streaming
apps, and a selection of board games.
Outdoor Living: Spacious patio with sidewalk ramp down to dock. Private boat ramp for launching
your own vessel (24ft max). Propane gas grill. Flat yard area for playing games. Fire Pit.
General: Free Wi-Fi (high-speed internet), washer and dryer, central A/C and heat, towels and linens,
hairdryer, baby booster seat, pack and play, complimentary toiletries, iron and ironing board, trash bags,
and paper towels.
Accessibility: Parking level entry - Stairs or Ramp. Ramp or sidewalk access to all parts of property.
Entertainment: Near popular dining establishments including H. Toadâs Bar & Grill, Shady Gators, Liâl
