The space
The house is a 50s build completely remodeled for modern comfort including business wifi and three outdoor living areas with a fire pit, dining and lounge. Brand new kitchen with wood cabinets, professional grade appliances and all items needed to enjoy takeout or cook at home! An inviting living room for gathering and relaxing. Three spacious bedrooms with memory foam mattresses. A dedicated work area in the third bedroom. A refinished retro bathroom with a bathtub and a new bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated floors. Refinished original oak floors and new oak floors to match. New electrical, plumbing, and heating and new laundry appliances as well. The house is fully equipped for up to 6 guests with linens, towels, slippers, and beach towels. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry also offer all essentials such as salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea, detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole house. Two closets out of the many in the house, are reserved owners closets. We ask that you do not remove items from small garage area where we keep house supplies and openers items.
