Suite Exécutive dans Downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. Situé à 1 & 1/2 pùtés de maison de Ocean Ave. par Carmel Plaza en plein coeur de la ville. Garer la voiture et marcher à manger, des boutiques, de la plage, Coucher de soleil Centre ..... tout sur la péninsule est à proximité. Il ya un grand lit dans la chambre des maßtres avec télévision à écran LCD et sur-suite salle de bain complÚte avec douche, WC et bidet de siÚge. Il ya une reine thermo-Pedic canapé-lit dans le salon avec sa propre salle de bain complÚte. La suite spacieuse de luxe offre un sommeil confortable pour quatre personnes. Great apartment! The host was very welcoming and communicated promptly. The location cannot be beaten. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and had all necessary supplies. The host arranged even a parking space for us, which is hard to find in downtown Carmel. We will be back.

Top notch rental

Very nice and spacious rental, ideally located close to everything, including a well-stocked market and deli right across the street. Quiet, clean, and modern, with all the conveniences, including a Keurig coffee maker, complete with a variety of k-cups! Comfortable couch and bed, nice primary and secondary baths. Super outdoor area with gas grill. Top notch in every way!

Exceptional Property and Property Manager

This property is amazing. Conveniently located near Ocean Street, yet nestled atop a business, it is private and secluded. The interior is well maintained and well appointed. The property manager is extremely knowledgeable about the area and is readily available if needed. Our stay was perfect! We will return.

Superb apartment in the heart of Carmel with off street parking! Cannot recommend this place more. The host was responsive and the property was as described. We’ll definitely be back!!

Awesome place and highly recommend!

Location, property and amenities were wonderful! We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and the surrounding beautiful neighborhood. Place was very clean and had everything needed (and more!). Parking provided was convenient and easy. Being from the Southeast US, was apprehensive about the lack of central a/c, but didn't miss it at all. We opened windows to the amazing temperatures; and utilized fans provided. The area is so quiet and relaxing! Host provided several restaurant recommendations and we tried two. Both Katie's (for breakfast) and Vesuvio's (for dinner) were fabulous! Can't say enough about how awesome this place/host were and would definitely recommend. Hopefully, we'll get a chance to stay again!

The property was OK. The parking for the unit was 1/2block away, in front of a liquor store. The car was not close enough to hear the alarm, if it was tampered with. The towels in the unit were so cheap they left lint all over each of us. They were to be replaced by Wed., but they arrived Sat. The person walked into our unit, I was not happy! Manager, said He told her to leave them outside!

Lovely accommodation in Carmel

This is a desirable accommodation that is well equipped with modern appliances in the kitchen and many amenities, such as an electronically controlled fireplace and air purifiers. It was spotless clean and well maintained. The outdoor seating area, a common space shared with another condo, is very inviting with beautiful mountain views. Bruno's Market & Deli and Surf N Sand Liquors & Wine is a convenient bonus. Furthermore, the host, Craig, was very responsive and gracious. Best of Vrbo hosts. Highly recommended for a couple that wants to enjoy the best of Carmel within walking distance.

Clean, Convenient and Comfortable

Carmel was a 35th wedding anniversary trip. This unit was easy walking distance to everything in Carmel. Our first impression was the unit was very clean with updated flooring, bathrooms and appliances. The kitchen was well outfitted and supplied better than most VRBO rentals. We found it odd that there is no central heating or cooling. The fireplace serves as the heating in the main area. The bathrooms have exhaust fans that also heat. There are no ceiling fans. For me, the air was too still. The unit had a slight musty smell to my sensitive nose. My husband didn't notice it. We are east coast people, so central heating and cooling along with ceiling fans are common, perhaps California is different.

Wonderful Village Getaway!

We have been visiting Carmel-by-the-Sea for many, many years and returned last week to celebrate our 20 year wedding anniversary. We knew we wanted space (more than a hotel room) and to be able to dine in once and a while. This property offered everything we wanted. It is in the village, so we were able to walk to our favorite restaurants, shops, and down to the beach. It is near the market, so we were able to get groceries and have snacks and meals in when we wanted. It includes a parking space, so we were able to park and not have to be on the hunt every time we went out. The property was very clean, updated interior, the bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen are lovely, and the large outside deck has tables and couches for lounging. The property manager was very responsive and incredibly helpful (thank you Craig!). While I would selfishly like to say nothing and hope that this property be my own hidden gem, I can't help but rave a bit. Ha. We will definitely be back.
