Located on the east end of Ocean Isle Beach where the beaches are wide, “That’s What Sea Said” is a light and airy recently remodeled 5 bedroom/3.5 Bath directly on the beach! Refrigerator and Bathroom on the ground level easily accessible from the beach without having to track sand into the main part of the house. The living room and kitchen have a wall of windows facing out to the ocean. Large deck to sit outside in the mornings watching dolphins play and enjoy your coffee while you watch the sun rise over the ocean. 2 bedrooms on the first floor have king beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. On the second floor are 2 more bedrooms each with 2 queen beds and their own en suite bathrooms and an additional bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds.

Home away from at Ocean Isle.

We arrived to the house, and was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and spacious layout of the house. A nice outdoor porch to sit and relax to watch the waves roll in, and just steps away to beach.It was perfect for our family vacation.

Breath-taking view

We have stayed here twice already this season. Coming out of the master bedroom each morning and seeing the breath-taking view of the ocean was worth every penny. Perfect size. We will stay again

Wonderful Stay!

The house was clean, up to date, and had a wonderful location. Very open and airy with lots of natural lighting! Short walk to the rocks at the end of the beach that are beautiful for exploring or taking pictures. 10/10 would book this place again!

Great views!

This house was very nice! We would definitely stay again. From the amazing views, 50 steps to the beach, comfy beds, we had a great time. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and very accommodating. Just a stroll away from tide pools at the end of the island at low tide and great fishing.

10 ladies stayed for a girls weekend and all agreed that after 28 years of girls weekends this was our favorite! You are literally ON THE BEACH! Kitchen is well stocked tool wise (even a Ninja blender) and Victoria is wonderful. She goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Beds are comfortable and a cup of coffee on the deck in the morning is the best. Highly recommend and would go again in a heartbeat!!

Location is amazing, house was super clean, and their management team was top notch! When we first got there, the air conditioner was broken, but within a short period of time, the management team was out and by the next morning the air conditioner was back up and running. Which was essential because the real feel temperature was 113. Every rental should have a management team as good as theirs was. That quick response allowed us to have a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Beautiful oceanfront house

We brought our family here for a celebration and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful house! The location of the house so close to the beach was one of our favorite features. The house was set up well and had all the things we needed for a fabulous stay. The host was very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend.

Girls trip

The house was perfect location, just steps to the water! The view each morning was beautiful. Nice amount of room for all 8 of us. The kitchen was well equipped. Maintenance was super responsive to any of our questions or requests. Highly recommend this house and Ocean Isle in general, it was our first time here but not last.

We had an absolutely amazing week at this house! Our family, coming in from VA, GA and NC with six kids in total ages 1-8, could not have asked for a better set up. Victoria was amazing in helping with local recommendations as far as grocery options and local seafood. She was very responsive and sent everything we needed to the home promptly that was not there upon our arrival (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues). The location is perfect, on the far east end of the island, the beach was not crowded and was perfect for walks down to the inlet. The public beach access is next door but as long as we set our chairs out first thing (7:30am) it was not an issue to be set up right in front of the house. The water was perfectly warm but is very tidal, at low tide the sandbar out front was great to go to with the kids. We loved having water hoses on each level to wash sand off our beach gear and the children most easily. The house was pretty well equipped considering it is a rental, there was adequate silverware and plateware options, it could use a few new cooking utensils but we made due. Overall, we fell in love with Ocean Isle and would highly recommend this rental to others in the future!

Lovely spot

Plus: right on the beach. Perfect for children. Can sit on deck and kids can been seen. Well equipped kitchen. (Appliances, cookware, dishes, etc.). Very nice deck. Outdoor shower, provided beach chairs, toys etc. Minus: upon arrival, you must put sheets and all linens on the beds yourself. Imagine arriving with a group with tired kids, and having to put all the beds together. Bunk beds etc. ( Never have had to do this in all our years of renting. Game changer for us. )No screens in the windows, and glass very covered with salt, sand etc. Like a fog. Very limited provisions. No shampoo, soap. Very limited paper products. Come prepared or prepared to shop immediately.

Hi Susan! Unfortunately in this area that seems to be the standard with linen services to just drop off and not make the beds. I agree it's different. I am originally from a different part of the country where it is the standard to have the beds made upon arrival so this was new to me to when I first encountered it. And I apologize for the lack of shampoo and soap and limited paper products. That is something that I try to keep stocked and had just been there at the beginning of March to refill. I wish you would have reached out to me as many do when things are running low and I would have happily had a delivery from Walmart or DoorDash send you the items you needed. As for the sand and salt on the windows, that's just part of being directly on the beach. As soon as we clean then they seem to need it almost immediately again. I hope some time you will give me another chance to host you and possibly earn that 5th star. Thanks again for staying with me.
