Nice and Easy Stay

The home was very nice and clean. The host has a lot of things that were helpful like a beach chair and umbrella. The house was clean and easy to access. We visited for a wedding and it was in a good location. Would stay again if I am back visiting!

Graduation and Baseball Getaway

The pictures were a great intro to the property, but actually staying there was a memorable experience. The location has great access to the main highways, neighborhood is quiet, and there were a great selection of amenities to utilize. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay within 30min radius!

Born in KY and grew up in Saint Cloud FL. and we live in Colorado. I'm a mom of 3, my daughter lives 45 minutes away from the guest home, this way...when I stay it's just far enough away! Married 22 years and my husband is about to retire and wants to be in FL 8 weeks a year when Colorado is cold. My teenage son's are excited to spend time at the beach. As a family we are very blessed to finally have a place in FL and so happy to decorate and make it comfortable for all of us. Enjoy our dream come true.

Tranquil neighborhood, close proximity to to gorgeous beaches ( New Smyrna & Daytona Beach) and the intercoastal waterway. (Indian River) This lovely home is situated in the Florida Shores Neighborhood. Convenient to shopping (Publix, Winn Dixie & Aldi) AMC theater, Walmart and other stores. Our favorite restaurants are: The River Dock & Tiki Bar, Norwood's Restaurant and Tree house bar, Breakers, The Garlic and Mon Delice French Bakery.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The yard and grass: We welcome families with fur babies, please be kind to our beautiful yard and neighbors. Pick up after your dogs with the provided bags and pooper scooper.
Please remove all trash from the house at the end of your stay and bring the trash can to the curb.
Trash pick-up days are Tuesdays & Fridays.
VERY IMPORTANT: Parking on the street is forbidden by the city and violations may result in a fine or possibly having your vehicle towed. Please only park using the designated parking area on the driveway with an additional spot for a small car to the left of the concrete driveway. Please do not park on the lawn!
Beach gear is available for use, PLEASE rinse off after use for the next guest to enjoy.
