Grand Sandestin #2613/2615 is a two-bedroom, three-bathroom condo located in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Sandestin, FL. This rental includes two separate units that can also be rented out individually, but when rented together they provide sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests. This condo not only gives you great resort amenities but puts you in an ideal spot between Destin and 30A.

The Grand Sandestin #2615 portion of the rental offers a full condo experience while Grand Sandestin #2613 offers a more cozy environment with a studio bedroom and kitchenette. #2615 features a full living room, dining area and kitchen sure to provide a great place for enjoyment with your group. You’ll discover Smart TVs throughout both portions of this rental allowing you to stream your favorite program with ease. Having both a full kitchen and kitchenette makes it easy for meal prep and storing leftovers. You’ll also gain access to a washer/dryer, which is great for avoiding a trip to a laundromat.

Grand Sandestin #2615 features the more private primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom offering a double vanity and shower/tub combo. Grand Sandestin #2613 features a studio bedroom with additional sleeping arrangements and an en suite bathroom. Dirty dishes, filthy comforter, warped sofa bed

Extremely disappointed with our stay at this condo. We’ve visited Sandestin for over 15 years, and this was the worst unit by far. Dishes were filthy, the pull-out bed was unusable, and a sharp floor defect made it unsafe for our toddler. We had to rearrange sleeping arrangements, and the overall lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. This unit is not worth the premium price. We’ve documented the issues and expect appropriate compensation. Would not recommend until serious improvements are made.

Our 24/7 Guest Services Team received your report on the unit condition and a work order was promptly created. We sincerely apologize that you arrived to find unclean dishes. This does not reflect Southern’s standards, and your feedback has been addressed with our housekeeping team. Upon inspection by our property manager, no issues were found with the mattress, and the couch was noted to have pilling rather than stains. The raised tile edge has been documented and shared with the owner for review. The comforter was removed and replaced. We appreciate your longstanding loyalty to Grand Sandestin and regret that this stay fell short. Your feedback has been shared with the unit owner, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust in a future visit. – Your Southern Team

Vacay

First off we had one family but two different households coming in two separate cars but were told last min that there was only one parking space and I was given an option to park off the property and pay daily, that's unacceptable and should have been revealed from the beginning. The communication and helpfulness was terrible from Southern Vacation Rentals. The check out time was a little early, I'm used to a 11:00/12 pm check out, never 9 am that cuts check in and check out day short. 4 pm check-in and 9 am check out with no exceptions. On the flip side, the unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I will continue to visit Destin and possibly Sandestin but I'll have to let some time pass before considering Southern Vacation Rentals again.
