Good location, nice property overall, lots of great amenities. Backyard looked great for a bonfire or cookout. Bathroom could have been cleaner, shower curtain was very moldy, cabin smelled a little musty, luckily the weather was nice enough we could keep the windows open.

This home was the prefect place to stay for our first Notre Dame vs USC game. Clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, this home checked every box. Highly recommend!

Great Girl’s Weekend!

This was such a great spot for a girl’s weekend! We were stunned by how close it is to downtown and the beach. It was very clean and comfortable for us. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay and found the house to be perfect for our needs. The photos accurately represent the space—it is small, but the thoughtful decor and comfortable furnishings made it feel warm and inviting. We especially loved the back porch, which was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee before heading to the beach.There were a couple of things that could have made our stay even better. When we arrived, we were a little surprised to find trash left in the garbage can and dishes on the counter drying on a towel. Our biggest challenge, however, was the limited clothing storage. The small lockers provided weren’t particularly practical for adult-sized clothing, so we ended up living out of our suitcases for the week. A small bureau or dresser in the master bedroom would make a wonderful addition.One of our favorite parts of the trip was visiting New Buffalo Beach each day and spending afternoons at Post Boy listening to music. Overall, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and location.

Great location and cute and clean lodging. Rooms are small but everything was well stocked and decorated. Listing shows laundry which is not available - this was confirmed to be a VRBO technical issue so I omitted from my rating. Host company was not responsive to questions and I had to call to get updates regarding check in and didn’t get responses when asking about said laundry issue.

Cutest House In Great Location

This charming house was fabulous! First the decor was awesome! I loved arriving home after a day at the beach and seeing all the little details. Second, it was very clean and well organized. Third, loved the backyard and the quiet street. It was still close enough for us to walk to town or the beach. So many restaurants within just a couple blocks too! We loved our little getaway and highly recommend staying here!

Set up was very nice except there was no hot water and low water pressure in the kitchen. Owners expected us to do dishes without hot water. The decor was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom fan didn't work. We enjoyed the house except for those 2 things.

Cute and updated

Nicely done, renovated cottage - great location within walking distance from the main area of town - quick walk to the grocery store and coffee shop - big backyard and back deck with new, comfortable furniture. Bedrooms are small but nicely decorated and clean. Bathroom is tight with a small shower. House is well-equipped from the kitchen supplies to bathroom toiletries. Central Air Conditioning worked very well over a 90 degree weekend, and ceiling fans in bedrooms helped too.

We rented the cottage for what is becoming an annual summer stay in New Buffalo. We usually stay at one of the hotels near I94 outside the town, but this year decided we wanted to have our own space closer to the town. We were not disappointed! The cottage is small but perfectly arranged and not cramped. It sleeps 6, but not sure you would want more than 4 people at a time. Perfect for families. It’s close to the downtown area and beach, in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was literally just entering the code on the front door lock, and that was it! The kitchen is well equipped (even had a kettle for my afternoon cup of tea), and there was clean bedding and plenty of bath towels. The beds were a bit too firm for our liking, but that’s a personal preference. I think this cottage is suitable to rent any time of the year, comfortable in the summer heat, probably cozy in the winter cold. You will not be disappointed!
