Place was super clean, bed was super comfortable and great location. Love how close we were to everything but far enough away where it was quiet. Only took 10 minutes to get to the beach and all the shops. The host was amazing to deal with. Highly recommend! We wanted to extend our stay one more day to enjoy the beach and she made it simple to allow for that! Will definitely stay again for her birthday next year!

Point Loma Cottage

The neighborhood was less than desirable, There were men on the backside of the property drinking around a trash can with a fire in it, It was intimidating for my husband and I. We're in our 70's. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We brought in a blowup mattress for the last couple of days and left a day early.

I want to assure you that the neighborhood situation was an isolated incident, which has since been resolved. This is a safe and calm residential neighborhood—one of the safest in San Diego. Additionally, we have updated the bedding to ensure a more comfortable stay. Your input is valuable, and we take it seriously as it helps us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide a much better experience.

The unit is bit rundown. Clean, but the sofa in the living room needs more vacuuming, sand in the crease. The photo shows a grey colored sofa, but it’s actually dark blue sofa. We were told by the host there will be ground coffee provided, there was none. The spice cabinet pretty stocked up. The place was fine for our short stay.
