House was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub worked as expected. Communication with the owner was excellent. I rented the house for a golf weekend with three other guys and it was more than enough house. I would definitely rent again.

What a beautiful house and property! Great area to stay to avoid traffic to Disney. Wonderful neighborhood. I can’t say enough of how nice this house was.. the decor and cleanliness was outstanding! Felt very much at home. The host was always available for my questions. My family and I come down to this area 1-2 times a year and honestly if this place is available then it’s a no brainer
 I will stay here again and again. Such a relief to know I don’t have to keep searching for the ideal house to stay at each time.

We loved our stay! The house was clean, had everything we needed, check in was wonderful and easy, close to parks, pool was very nice, hosts were attentive and thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The house was spacious and very accommodating perfect for a business trip. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Orlando area!

Great Location

We had a change of plans due to the Hurricane; we found this home and it was perfect for us for a couple of days. We really enjoyed the pool and privacy with the trees in the back yard. It had lots of bedrooms but we only used 1 as it was just 2 of us.

Superb host

Excellent location for access to Disney, restaurants and shopping. Quiet, well maintained gated community. This particular property backs onto a nature area so no neighbours behind. Most properties in this area face neighbours or a concrete wall in the back
big difference! The pool/spa/water feature was relaxing and the host Dawn responded to any questions or concerns in a very timely manner. Our feeling was that she genuinely cared about the quality of our stay.

Ok stay

Usually we stay at a bigger home but this was perfect for a smaller group. Very nice decor but definitely could use several updates (new mattresses, shower heads, shower organizer) Rated lower for cleanliness, bugs and pool too cold to swim in even though I paid for heat. Able to check in early which was a plus. Communication was great unfortunately the problem of the pool being too cold was not addressed and we couldn’t use the pool and had to use the community pool instead..The owners had different answers on what temperature the pool was set at, so that was frustrating.

Vacation Stay

Checking in was a nightmare. We pulled up to the gate and provided the name and address. The guard told us that there was no such address. We started to panic. We drove around in circles thinking we were at the wrong entrance and that there was another entrance. We ended going back to the original gate, provided the guard the same address and miraculously, the address was found. Mind you it was the same guard. That was scary. The house was huge and nice. The master bathroom was dated and could use some remodeling. The beds were uncomfortable and hard. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. The owners were easy to notify and their responses were rather quickly.

Family vacation

The stay was ok, once we got past the ants that we had to address immediately at check in. We didn’t stay the first night due to the lack of cleanliness. Even though the hosts refunded us our first night as they tried to address the issues, I still had to clean the entire kitchen and living area to be comfortable enough to stay there for 2 weeks. We definitely left it a lot cleaner than when we first got there. Things that would have been nice to have there to make stay more comfortable are the little things, such as different sizes of ziplock bags, aluminum foil and plastic or glass dishes with lids large enough to hold left overs or salads. The pans were awful to try to cook in as the food always stuck to the bottom and there was no grill to be able to cook dinners either. The only one was a single charcoal grill over at the resort which was always being utilized by other guests. It was a very bare minimum place for a stay that would have been more comfortable had there been a little more provided for guests long term. We bought and left things behind for our stay to hopefully help out the next guests so they could enjoy it a little more than we had. The area was nice and close to theme parks and golf courses and shopping though.

This was our fourth stay in this gated resort community over the past four years, and it continues to be the ideal setting for our multi-generational family vacations. The homes here share a similar layout, offering spacious accommodations and generously sized pools that suit our needs perfectly.Among the properties we've visited, this particular home stands out as one of our favorites. It compares very favorably to others in both the community and the surrounding area.The location is a real highlight—private and peaceful, with well-placed hedges, and no rear neighbors that create a secluded oasis around the pool. Speaking of the pool, whoever is responsible for its upkeep deserves serious praise: the temperature was spot-on, the pH levels and water quality were excellent, and it was impeccably clean—no skimming required, unlike other places we've stayed. The added water feature was a delightful touch we haven’t seen elsewhere.Inside, the home was spotless—not just surface-level tidy, but truly clean. We felt completely comfortable from the moment we arrived, with no need for any extra cleaning.The dĂ©cor was also top-notch, making it one of the most thoughtfully styled homes we've experienced. Small conveniences like USB charging blocks on each nightstand were appreciated and added to the overall comfort.Finally, the host, Dawn, was exceptional—professional, responsive, and genuinely accommodating throughout our stay.
