Upon arrival, relaxation sets in as you enter the quiet gated neighborhood, with brick-paver streets leading to your destination, under the shade of live oaks. You’ll find “Tidewater” nestled on a quiet street, with palm trees, expansive decks and balconies, and comfortable parking for up to 5 vehicles. The home also includes a 1-car garage, which is great for storing extra beach gear and more!

The bunk room features two queen bunks and three twin bunks, as well as a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Moving upward to the 2nd floor, you’ll find the main living space. The beautifully designed kitchen will be a favorite for the chef of the family - fully stocked with anything you might need for preparing wonderful meals. With plenty of seating at the kitchen island, the space is wonderful for gathering together and being with the family while cooking! The dining space is adjacent to the kitchen, making meal time a breeze, with plenty of seating and a large, unique built-in plush bench running the full length of the wall.

Relax in the living room for movie night, or wander out through the full wall of sliding glass doors to enjoy the view! Take in gorgeous sunsets while relaxing in lounge chairs on the shaded balcony, which runs the full length of the home!

The master bedroom is also located on the 2nd floor, just off the living room. This spacious suite features a king size bed, beautiful views, and a huge master bathroom. Accent lighting automatically illuminates the floor as you walk into the bathroom, which includes an expansive dual vanity, large soaking tub and beautiful walk-in shower!

Just down the hallway from the kitchen on the 2nd floor, you’ll find another queen suite. This wonderful bedroom includes a private balcony overlooking the street, and a full-size bathroom (which can also be opened to the hallway to function as a common bathroom if preferred.

*We always try to keep some beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys, floaties) at the property for your use. While these are not guaranteed, there’s usually a good stock of items available. We do not provide beach towels. Please plan on bringing some with you, or purchase locally (inexpensive ones available at nearby stores).

*You must be at least 25 years of age to book this home. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone

*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.
