Cozy and quaint

House was super clean and tidy! Picture were spot on as advertised ! The back deck was relaxing ! Only complaint was the bed was a little too firm but other than that it was exceptional !

Updated 2 bedroom house. We liked patio chairs nice kitchen big bedrooms. All appliances new, with helpful kitchen accessories coffee pot microwave oven and pots pans. The only thing I wish was better was cleanliness. Floor needed to be vacuumed and cobwebs in house were a surprise for such a nice place. Otherwise great stay!

Quaint and Quiet!

It was perfect for our stay to visit our son at Elim Bible Institute and College. The property was surprisingly was quaint and quiet! We never heard any of the activities that went on through the movies or the flea market traffic! We actually enjoyed a stroll through all the hubbub. The place felt brand new and everything we needed.

Nice Getaway

Really cute and clean property. Convenient location for us to visit family, check out some wineries, go out to dinner, and just relax. Back deck with Adirondack chairs was fabulous. Home was clean and comfortable, beds were comfortable, and shower was great. Suggestions: need washcloths, a hairdryer, a luggage rack in smaller bedroom would be nice, and a small breakfast table with a couple of chairs would be a good addition. Communication from host was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Nice place to stay

The house was really nice..clean.. recently remodeled.The lock box was a ttle hard to use.We are older and needed glasses to do the code.. And forgot to put the outside light on. Otherwise the house was really nice. Paul was easy to communicate with and answered promptly when we had a question. I would stay there again when visiting Avon.

Cozy,cute and updated

The house is newly updated and is really cute. A few suggestions. Only mirrir is in the bathroom, which made it hard to get ready for the wedding. There is construction materials in drawers and closets. There is no table to eat at, only tv trays. The tub had a crack in it and leaked onto the floor when showering. Otherwise, the house was good. Would stay again.
