Fabulous 3BR Close to Airport

Enjoy the comforts of home in this one-level, three bedroom property on a quiet Chili street. Featuring a recently renovated bright kitchen, this home sleeps six with parking for several cars in the driveway.

Located just minutes from the 490 expressway and the Rochester Int’l airport, you are central to all activities in the area. Rochester Institute of Technology is 10 minutes away.

The large backyard is a great place for children and pets to play. Please note it is not fenced. Pets are welcome if approved; please contact host. $25/night per pet, with discounts possible for longer stays. Please enquire.

While the home has two fireplaces, unfortunately they are not for use. Also, the garage is not included in rental.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

We are 4 friends who came for a weekend of crafting. This house had a big dining room and beautiful kitchen with an island that worked out great for us. Wonderful house and host was very attentive.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the warm and inviting decor. There was plenty of space and just what we needed to unwind after a busy week. The back yard is beautiful and was lovely to sit and relax. Cheryl, the host, is friendly and great with communication! We would definitely stay here again!

Home is in a nice quiet and family friendly area - within a 5-10 minute drive to shops and restaurants (and RIT!). Plenty of space and a nice backyard. Had a few hiccups during our stay but the team was quick to respond and try to resolve the issue.

Great property & host

Located on a quiet circle and a couple blocks from our friend's house, it was a great location to stay while we were in town for a yearly golf fundraiser. The host was absolutely fantastic and easy to communicate with. Will definitely plan on staying here again for the next event.

Great Place! Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was clean, spacious, and our dog loved the big back yard. The location we perfect as it was close to family and friends, as well as Wegmans, Target, and anything else you’d need. The owner kept us informed and was very responsive to any questions we had. We’d stay here again for sure.

Very clean and updated home with generous accommodating amenities. The home worked very well for 6 people since it has 2 full bathrooms. The home is west of Rochester city near the airport, but we did not hear any airport activity during our stay.The owner Cheryl is a great communicator.

Clean and comfortable home

This house suited our needs perfectly! It was well equipped, offering the basics to make coffee and tea, and toiletries. We cooked breakfast during our stay. The beds and linens were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for everyone to shower. The decor was welcoming and the location was great, 10 minutes from RIT. Cheryl was easy to deal with, especially when I needed to add a day to our reservation. Would stay here again!

Amazing stay

We picked this home not only because it was close to the venue for my nephew’s wedding but also because we were allowed to bring our pups with us. The house was exactly as the pictures show. The area is beautiful and the neighbors could not be friendlier. Very conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.The management company is awesome and very responsive! We hope to stay here again on our visits to my nephew. Thank you for an great stay!

Perfect

The house is extremely spacious with the three bedrooms two bathrooms and very open. If you’re I have a few couples this is a Perry place to stay. They allow pets as well. We’re thinking of bringing our cat next time . It’s a very comfortable place to stay with a quiet neighborhood - at least I the winter
