The right place, at the right price! Ask about our loyalty discount for repeat guest! Have another Unit in the same complex if booked or need additional space!!


Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special! There is nothing like coming back from a wonderful time enjoying all that the Great Smoky Mountains offer and being able to relax on your own private indoor/outdoor deck. This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms (3 Kings) There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile), and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.


The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided!

Host was ok. Took a bit to respond back. All floors made noise you knew someone was walking around. Peel and stick flooring is peeling up and separated in spots. Climate control was awful. First floor was an icebox and to keep middle floor comfortable at 68 it meant 3rd floor was an oven at 80 . I know things have wear and tare and I stayed in many places from hotels, cabins, tents the place wasn’t terrible but I’ve stayed at better places. Location was good but the heating system was awful.

The place was better than described. The location was excellent, close to any and everything you would want to do or go eat at. Even though it was located just off the strip it was quiet and very low key. The place was very clean and the amenities were as advertised. The host was very accessible and responded quickly to any and all questions I had. I highly recommend and would stay here again.Matt H

Found this place on VRBO and after reading the comments /reviews, we chose this location. Great location to walk to all of the activities, shops, in restaurants. A great place to stay so you don't have to worry about taking the car and hoping to find a parking spot and enjoy quiet evenings.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay near the National Park. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The townhouse had easy parking for each unit. Townhouse was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our family of 5 (ages 11 to 49) would definitely stay again.

Great condo

The condo was very clean. Furnishings were very nice. Beds were comfortable. It was spacious and had a great floor plan. The screened porch and balcony were a great addition. Easy to find and enough parking spaces. Was very close to the main attractions. Will definitely come again.

Convenient and Well Maintained

This property was perfect for my family. It was close to a trolley stop, but we were able to walk to downtown with no issue. It was nice that all adults had our own space and bathroom. The unit had everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the screened in porch with its faint sound of a bubbling creek nearby.

Perfect fall getaway

We immediately noticed how clean the condo was and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed in it. The check-in and checkout process was easy with quick communication. We also really appreciated how close the condo was to walk downtown but yet was far enough away to be quiet.

Great location

The whole condo has been beautifully updated and was decorated really nice. The location was perfect with just a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. We didn’t have to pay to park our car for all we did. A bear did get into an unlocked car while we were there, so keep your cars locked.

So convenient to downtown!

The first impression of this condo is how clean and spotless the condo was. We felt so safe coming in and out and it could not have been easier to go downtown. On our last night there was a young bear wandering right below our balcony and caused quite the excitement in the complex. It was the best parting gift!
