The right place, at the right price! Ask about our loyalty discount for repeat guest! Have another Unit in the same complex if booked or need additional space!!


Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special! There is nothing like coming back from a wonderful time enjoying all that the Great Smoky Mountains offer and being able to relax on your own private indoor/outdoor deck. This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms (3 Kings) There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile), and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.


The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided!

Found this place on VRBO and after reading the comments /reviews, we chose this location. Great location to walk to all of the activities, shops, in restaurants. A great place to stay so you don't have to worry about taking the car and hoping to find a parking spot and enjoy quiet evenings.

The place was better than described. The location was excellent, close to any and everything you would want to do or go eat at. Even though it was located just off the strip it was quiet and very low key. The place was very clean and the amenities were as advertised. Great place to stay near the National Park. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The townhouse had easy parking for each unit. Townhouse was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our family of 5 (ages 11 to 49) would definitely stay again.
