Great location, comfortable mattresses. The living room and master bedroom are the same room, so there are just three rooms total (bedroom, kitchen, living room / bedroom combo) plus the bathroom.

Close to everything & overnight parking around corner

Cute & quaint little apartment. First time in Philadelphia for a comedy show, and the home was super close to everything we needed. I would HIGHLY suggest parking at the parking lot just around the corner and paying for a piece of mind. Trying to find parking was horrible, but it just so happened there was the place around the corner. It was a clean, home like space to stay , and great for what we needed. Thank you for hosting us!

The Heart of Philly

Spent 4 nights on 13th St while in town for a National Tournament! Amazing location, so much to do, easy access to subway! Looking forward to a return trip!

One night in Philly

Clean property in a safe and lively neighborhood. Great property for a family. Owner was prompt in responding to questions. Loved having the extra space and two beds plus large sectional sofa. Only negative was that it was noisy at night. Would recommend a sound machine or white noise app. Would still highly recommend.

I came here with a bunch of my friends all college aged for a concert and it was great! Perfect location to get around and fit us perfectly!

Great Apartment

We stayed in this apartment for 10 nights. We loved our stay in this apartment. The location was perfect. It is walking distance to almost everything you could possibly want to see or do. This was my first visit to Philadelphia and I fell in the love with this city. So vibrant, charming, and fun. The apartment met all of our needs. Very comfortable beds, nice supply of kitchen amenities, wonderful shower, easy access. We would love to stay here again on our next visit.

Cute apartment. Amazing location

The apartment was perfect for our girls weekend! The apartment is very clean and the host is friendly and responsive. The unit has 2 beds and no other rooms. One bedroom is essentially in the living room. The apartment is one of three in the building and the laundry is in the entryway of the building and shared. It worked for us and we enjoyed our time in the city. There’s a lock to the building and a lock to the unit so we felt very secure. The neighborhood is active but that is just what we wanted! Thank you so much Iyad.
