I did review our records and didn’t see any communication during your stay regarding the hair concerns. As a local team, we are always happy to come out quickly to address items like this in real time, and we truly wish we had the opportunity to make it right for you while you were here. All linens are professionally laundered off-site at our commercial facility and replaced fresh for each stay, but I completely understand how something like stray hairs can impact your experience. I’ve shared this feedback with our housekeeping and inspection teams so they can be more mindful during both the cleaning and final walkthrough process. Regarding the AC, I do see your call came in around 9:14 PM that evening. Unfortunately, our HVAC vendor is not available for service that late at night, especially given our island location and limited after-hours providers. We scheduled service for the earliest available time the next morning, and per your request, accommodated the visit for after 8:30 AM. I appreciate you noting that the issue was resolved promptly once the technician arrived, though I completely understand that the first night was uncomfortable. Thank you again for the feedback!
