However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early!

"NAVIGATION POINT at Seaside Beach" is a beautifully unique ocean front home with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This home has it all! It is perfect for families, friends, work retreats- whatever you might need. This home is just feet from the beach and located on the north side of Seaside. This home is equipped with a double oven, 2 extra large sub zero refrigerators, a plate warmer and all of the works. In the center of the living room is a large stone wood burning fireplace- Great for chilly Oregon Coast evenings while watching the sunset from the living room. Enjoy panoramic views from the living room and dining room, or walk out onto the deck. The master bathroom has an over sized walk in tile shower for two, along with his and her closets. There is one bedroom downstairs, one on the main floor, two upstairs, and full bathrooms on each level. There is also a private office off the kitchen and master bedroom. Upstairs you will find an over sized living room for your family to enjoy watching movies, playing video games, or staring at the beach. Outside you can enjoy a fire pit and a quick walk to the beach!

2 vehicles can park in the garage, 2 outside.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.
