Fully renovated beachfront condo! Walk to beach, pool, pier and restaurants!

A beachgoers dream! This one bedroom oceanfront "Sea Cabin" is on the first floor and has been meticulously updated (2024 renovation). This sea cabin can sleep five with a queen bed in the bedroom, pull out sofa bed in the living room, and built in youth bunk bed for kids in the hallway (full disclosure: these are youth bunk beds, which are skinnier than a twin, and I would not recommend children over 10 years old in them). The dimensions of the youth bunk bed are roughly 74"x25".
Enjoy the private balcony with ocean views, Community (non-Heated) Pool, beach access, and fishing pier. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with an island and a full bathroom featuring a large tiled in standing shower. There is a laundry facility in the middle of the complex.
Located at the beautiful front beach on Isle of Palms with restaurants, shops, grocery store and ice cream stands all within walking distance. The Sea Cabins have the only private pier on the island and you are allowed to fish off the pier but will need a South Carolina fishing license.
There is free WI-FI and cable. The Sea Cabins are located just 20 minutes from historic Downtown Charleston, 30 minutes from CHS airport and 5 minutes from 2 world class golf courses in Wild Dunes!
No washer/dryer inside of unit, only in the middle of complex which takes coins or you can use an app on your phone.
There are a few steps to get up to the first floor.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide a few travel soaps and shampoos, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, two laundry and dish pods, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.

We manage multiple other sea cabins so ask about booking more than one!

The beach access was great and the view was good. Overall we enjoyed the accommodations. The sofa in the living area was lacking, and unfit for sleeping. The mattress was shot and needs to be replaced if you intend to classify the condo as sleeps 6. A child wouldn't even be able to sleep on that bed. Fortunately we only had 4 so it worked out. Kitchen was well stocked.

Although we were met by an overwhelming Pine Sol aroma, when we arrived, we were able to quickly air out the condo.Close to grocery store and a great restaurant, Acme Seafood and daily walks on the beach were wonderful. Was raining when we arrived, but the rest of the week was beautiful on the beach and the Charleston area.Had a very nice time

The views were beautiful! The convenience for walking to beach and restaurants is great! The place was very clean and tidy. Nice renovation! Mattress and pillows uncomfortable and the sofa bed was way to heavy for two of us to pull out to use. It didn’t ruin our trip but could be improved.

Great place to stay!

I stayed here with my 2 boys, ages 8 and 11 dueing a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park, which was a quick, easy drive!The bunk beds were perfect for the kids. Despite the smaller size, they thought they were comfortable. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, including kitchen supplies, extra blankets, bathroom starter kit, and some beach essentials like chairs and sand toys. Thanks for the great place to stay!

Thank you for the great stay! Your place is beautifully renovated, I believe the prettiest in the whole complex! All of the extra shelving and hooks made a huge a big difference. The location is absolutely perfect with all the restaurants within walking distance and the fishing pier was amazing!

Nice trip to the beach

Location and size of the condo was great! We enjoyed easy access to the beach and the off street parking. A coffee maker was super convenient and the bed and couch were comfortable! There were quite a few dust bunnies on either side of the bed and on the shelves in the bathroom, so it wasn’t as clean as I was hoping for but overall was a nice place to stay.

well, this is my first time coming to this place with my family, nice place, beach and pier access was awesome, BUT the first day of arriving and taking my family to the pool i got the police called on me, they ask me if we supposed to be there, and ask for my reservation, first day!, next day in the pool again there was old people coming in the pool area not to swing but just to check on us, beside that the stay was good, i dont know if people actually live there but they sure act like they do and they dont like vacationers i guess.
