You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment in Roswell. Separate entrance, patio, and parking space. Private, full basement apartment that features a kitchen, large family room with two bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature queen size beds and shared full bath. Kitchen with breakfast bar, morning bar with coffee, creamer, snacks, walk-in pantry and stocked kitchen. Close to shopping, restaurants and more. Amenities include 2 parks, walking trails, tennis and basketball court. Can also be rented as a one bedroom for $135 per night. Private setting with your own outdoor living space. Keyless entry. Nestled Roswell, but close to East Cobb, Woodstock, & Canton. Excellent location. Every detail has been thought of in this brand new apartment. We welcome you to enjoy all of the amenities Roswell has to offer as well as the amenities of our neighborhood.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway. The house was immaculate. The bed slept wonderful. There were snacks and drinks awaiting our arrival. Shannon is such an amazing host. She goes above and beyond to make your stay the best. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful & Thoughtful Serenity

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Everything was as described, thoroughly clean. Host is extremely thoughtful in having snacks and toiletries readily available for travelers. Location was perfect for our travel baseball needs and the beds were ultra comfortable. Super quiet location and easy drive to restaurants and lovely Canton street. We are looking forward to staying here again next time we play at East Cobb.

Best host ever!

Shannon took great care of us, leaving snacks, soaps, phone charger ports in all the rooms and nice coffee bar to name a few. The home is spacious for a group of 4 and we really enjoyed our time there. Thank you Shannon for going above and beyond!

Shannon’s Place is over the top!

I can’t say enough great things about Shannon’s Place! First and foremost, it was very clean, which is what I look for most because of my daughter’s mold allergy. Not only was it clean, but it was beautiful and in a very safe and nice subdivision. This place truly felt like our home away from home. The super comfortable bed and extra amenities, such as body wash, shampoo, and snacks, just to name a few, really put this place at the top of our list of best places that we’ve ever stayed at! Shannon was the BEST hostess. She was always just a text away with any questions we had. We loved Roswell. Everyone was super friendly and we had everything we needed from grocery stores and restaurants to shopping all within a few minutes drive. Don’t hesitate booking Shannon’s Place. You will be glad you did!
