This is a great house. Pictures are very accurate. The pool is lovely and there are many different spaces to gather and enjoy. Rental agency was very helpful and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. We would all consider staying here again as it is well located and perfect for a large group! (8)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Just perfect! Spent a long weekend to celebrate my daughter’s USD graduation. Loved this house and wished it were mine;) Great location! The home exceeded our expectations. It was well-appointed, with a Restoration Hardware feel. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained, the kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed, the bathrooms were spa-like, the two living rooms allowed spaces for us to both work and relax, the multiple outdoor spaces allowed us to enjoy both sides of the home, the bedding was high quality, etc. As important, Coastal Rental Properties met us at the home, ensured that everything was to our liking, and communicated with us during our stay. Not only would I stay in this home again, but I would want any property I choose to be managed by them.

Amazing Property

The house was wonderful! Ease of access to the beach and lookouts, downtown La Jolla and Bird Rock made the location wonderful. The management team was responsive to any items and made the stay amazing. Be sure to open the sliding doors to take in the wonderful La Jolla breeze the flows through - we all need this in our own houses!

Don't Miss Property

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. The house was exceptionally clean and the management company was very responsive. We were a family of 5 (3 children 11 and under) and loved all of the seating options, outdoor/pool toys, and pool/beach towels. The design of the pool was family-friendly with various shallow areas. Overall location was perfect with a number of places within walking distance and very easy access to main roads (while still being quiet). Kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

Family fun

The house was large enough for everyone to have their space. Plenty of kitchen utensils, toys for all the kids and the pool and spa was the hangout area for the gang. Having a washer/dryer was essential for our large family. We do recommend this home for a family. The only drawback is that the home is situated between 2 very busy streets. There is street noise.

Perfectly appointed

The pictures don’t lie - it’s a beautiful house with great common areas, a variety of outdoor spaces, gorgeous bathrooms, and a great pool/hot tub. The location is fantastic - short walk to the beach to see the sunset or 10 minutes to cafes and coffee shops.Most impressive, however, is how well curated the house is. This is possibly the best managed rental kitchen I have ever stayed in. Full sets of dishes and glasses with a host of kitchen tools. We had a large group of 9 and we were able to cook great dinners on the outdoor grill.The property managers were very responsive and checked in with us throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

This was one of my all time favorite rental houses. I stayed with extended family, and there was plenty of room to both hang out together and to have our own space. The back porch is off a road, but the privacy hedge keeps it feeling very private and is a lovely space. We got the pool heater because ambient temps were 60-70’s, and it was great. The pool, spa, and firepit were all excellent and easy to control. I really appreciated the extra toilet paper and paper towel rolls that were available, as well as adequate dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent. The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything we needed to cook and store food. The location was great, with a few restaurants and lots of shopping in walking distance, some beautiful overlooks just down the street, and a bus stop right around the corner. They also provided piles of beach towels for the pool. Decor was sleek and cozy, and seating was abundant and comfortable. Definitely would recommend and would return if we come back to the area.

Amazing property just steps away from the best beaches of San Diego!

We were a family of 12 and it ranged from a small toddler to teenagers and adults and let me just say this home accommodated all ages perfectly. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was certainly a plus! The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes of all kinds even dishes and utensils that were toddler friendly. The pool and jacuzzi were the perfect fit for this home we were in it the entire time and loved spending every minute of it cooling off in there. The BBQ grill was fabulous and the seating outside was great as well. The home is close to so many walkable restaurants and coffee shops! We will definitely be coming back :)
