The view from the top floor balcony is amazing! House was very well furnished and stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed. Layout of the home is perfect for a family or 3 couples as all rooms have on suite baths. Rusty Anchor restaurant and bar in the neighborhood is great! There is a large pool there also at the beach club.

We loved our stay. House was spacious with stunning views. We loved the neighborhood! Easy walk to the beach, marina and club for dinner. Owner was very helpful navigating the check in and transportation from the airport. It was a perfect place To spend our Christmas vacation with our family of four.

The host and property manager were very responsive and kind. The property was well-maintained and clean with an amazing location and view. It was also a great value and priced comparably to other properties. The wifi was fast.

"Enchanted" is what this property is known as & we couldn't have loved our stay here anymore!! 3 couples, 6 days, we loved the diversity of having an amazing kitchen to cook in, plus Rusty Anchor restaurant on-site for a beautiful evening dinner w/ spectacular views, the gated community was a nice area for a morning walk & the location was perfect for getting to all the other areas of the island & things to do. The home is large & spacious (love the decor) & we enjoyed the plunge pool, large balconies, and washer & dryer. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Villa

Enchanted Villa was truly enchanting. The upstairs master suite is stunning, and the two bedrooms on the bottom floor are both roomy and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and there are televisions in the main living room and in all bedrooms. All of the bedrooms open up to a porch—a shared wrap-around porch for the bottom rooms and a private porch for the master suite—and the views are just beautiful. The February Point clubhouse is short walk down the road, and you can enjoy the infinity pool, restaurant, bar, etc. the community is well guarded and everyone is super friendly. Great place for a family vacation. Well worth the price.

Family Xmas Trip

Overall, we had a great trip.The check-in process was a challenge as we did not get the house name or contact with the property managers on the first night so was a huge pain trying to find the house at 10pm at night (flight delay). It was found later that my email was misspelt by them so we never received a welcome pack or assistance on arrival until the second day by chance when they dropped by the house.After searching through the kitchen draws I found some folders that gave us some basics.We are well travelled use vendors like VRBO a lot so it was not a real issue for us to have this happen, although for someone else that is not then they would stress for sure.The main bedroom AC thermostat needs maintenance.The right side bathroom sink is broken as a hose underneath broke off on the last night.A curtesy pick up from the airport would have been a huge help, a suggestion for future visitors.Car hire is expensive on the island so some suggestions well in advance would help others.We were not told what to do before leaving the house other than leave the key in the foyer tray. Typically we would remove sheets, towels and kitchen clothes and place in a central area, clean the kitchen, remove trash etc.90% of that was done by us only as we feel thats the right thing to do.Upgrading the TVs in lounge and bedroom would a plus.Washing detergent and a cooler would be great addition.Wifi, water pressure, kitchen, beds, lighting were all great.

Nice house with amazing view!

Located in the wonderful gated community of February Point! House is nice. Needs a few things worked on, but nothing that will hinder your stay on Exuma and looking at the windex colored water. Owner and property management was easy to work with and quick to answer questions. Remember to pack some garbage bags, paper towels, and laundry pods. The house does not come with extras of these things.

A Great Stay At Enchanted Villa

This is the perfect house & setup for 3 couples traveling together! With a few small tweaks, it can be a 5 star property. For starters, the driveway up to the house is in need of repair. While we understand that potholes are the norm on Exuma, we held our collective breath on every departure or approach praying to not pop a tire. The bedrooms each offer ample space, and the main living area and kitchen layout worked well for our group. The dishwasher was in poor condition, and the garbage bins didn't slide out. Definitely could use an overhaul of glasses/mugs, but everything else we needed was there. I think the property could use a good "once-over" from a property manager: downstairs tub didn't drain, curtians falling off rings, miscellaneous bed parts were sitting under bed, door locks not functioning properly. Also, it would be helpful as a renter to know if spices, coffee filters, dishwasher pods are included (they are!). There was no issue that took away from our trip--the house was great & the plunge pool was our daily gathering spot at the end of the day. February Point was a great area for us Exuma first-timers, and we would certainly return again.

Wonderful place to stay in Exuma!

We had a wonderful stay at the Enchanted Villa. The house was perfect for our family and the views were amazing. Also loved the location in February Point, we enjoyed the on site Restuarant and beach club for days we didn’t want to adventure out.

First trip and we will be back!

This house is great! Just a block back from the water, up on a hill so you have beautiful views of the water. Easy walk around the community. Beach club pool and restaurant are great to have on site. Played pickleball a couple of days. Rented a boat a couple days which was great to go hangout on the beaches and sandbars. Love the house- our one and only recommendation would be it would be great if there were some beach chairs tucked on the patio that we could take with us on those days.

Great stay @ Enchanted Villa

Very pretty 3 bedroom house with cute pool cottage and small plunge pool. Nice views from the kitchen and master bedroom covered decks. Convenient location to Georgetown. The gated community was safe for walking and running and had with a community pool/small beach area. Restaurant on property was good - fitness center was small and not well-kept. Check-in, gate keepers, and maintenance people were friendly and responsive. Owner had great communication. Would recommend!

What a fabulous location- stunning views. However, be prepared to stock with a lot of your own items and do a little cleaning. Otherwise, plenty of room for everyone.

We love this property!

We had the best time in Exuma with our family at Enchanted Villa! This is an exceptional property and was very comfortable for 2 sets of 50 something parents and 20 something kids. The road is rough getting up to the villa but well worth it (the roads all over the island are very rough with potholes). On any of the balconies of this house, there are spectacular views of the beautiful water! Plus, you are able to walk down the road to the beach in February Point (just past the Volleyball net). It is a perfectly calm beach if you don't want to venture outside of the property gates. As an added bonus, there is a dipping pool that is included in the rental! We would, without question, rent this lovely villa again!

QuickTrip Exuma

Owner was quick to respond to inquiries and issues. The location is conveniently close to a grocery store and the kitchen is fully stocked, even the knives were sharp!

Beautiful Escape

Enchanted in February Point was the perfect location. We very much enjoyed our relaxing beach vacation while celebrating our daughter's graduation! The property was clean, well stocked, and we felt very safe here.

Fantastic House and Vistas

The February Point community is a fantastic place to stay as it is accessible to Georgetown and all the restaurants and stores, and the resort itself has great amenities. The views from the house was breathtaking, and it was well equipped and appointed with a beautiful plunge pool in a garden oasis. I would definitely rent this house again!
