Beach House sur Best SANDY Beach de Great Exuma avec douche extérieure privée

Nouvellement construit 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain maison sur l'une des plus belles plages de Great Exuma. Marchez des kilomètres dans chaque direction sur du sable fin et doux.
Cette maison de plage Great Exuma a été achevée en août 2017 et constitue le point de départ idéal pour des sorties de pêche, nager avec les porcs et les requins, visiter l'iguana cay, le kayak, le paddle, le kitesurf et bien plus encore.

À gauche de la maison et à quelques pas de la plage, vous pourrez faire de la planche à roulettes.

La grande salle donne également sur l'océan bleu immaculé et a des fauteuils inclinables et un canapé inclinable.

Les chambres ont des fauteuils en bean destinés à être amenés dans la grande salle afin que chacun ait un siège confortable.

En tant que voyageurs avides, nous avons constaté que même si une maison peut dire qu'elle dort 10, elle n'a pas confortablement assis 10 pour manger ou se détendre ensemble. Il était important pour nous que cette maison ait cela à l'esprit. Donc, vous constaterez qu'il y a beaucoup de place à répartir, mais tout le monde peut confortablement être ensemble pour les repas, les films ou les jeux.

The house was beautiful and very clean. The pool and view were awesome! We had a small issue with an AC unit, which the manager was very responsive about and fixed the issue right away. The only small complaint we had about the house is that there were no closets in the bedrooms and no dressers in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Is this normal there? I still give the house 5 stars. We had a wonderful vacation at Coconut Breeze!

Cocunut Breeze was FABULOUS! We visited with two other couples and had a great week. Sidney the host was an outstanding communicator and the house and view were spectacular in person! The space, the amenities, and the location were better than we could have imagined, and the house was spotless for our arrival (thank you Virginia)! The pool, the beach, and the stunning view from the back patio was amazing. We love to cook and the kitchen was well stocked so we could easily find the right tools to prepare our meals. There was plenty of space for six adults and would be comfortable for families and kids as well. The property was meticulously maintained and again...the view!!!! We enjoyed Coconut Breeze so much that we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

This was our family’s first stay in Exuma and the location of Coconut Breeze made it easy to explore the island. The home was spacious and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed and the view of the ocean was spectacular. It’s a bright, open space. While you are steps from the beach, it can be a bit rocky and splashy to climb over the rocks to get to the sand. We enjoyed most everything the home had to offer!

Coconut Breeze was one of our favorite vacation stays yet! It is more amazing than the pictures. The house is very well equipped and centrally located so you can get to beaches in both ends of the island. The pool and swimming in the ocean in front of the house were the best!

The house is awesome, the pool could be heated, which was a bit cold for us. The view is beautiful, but the actual beach is hard to get down to, and sometimes completely inaccessible. Communication was great, bedrooms were great, kitchen was great, people were great, overall very good.

Outstanding house with perfect views. The house was perfect in every way. Extremely clean, perfectly maintained, and well stocked (love the water filtration system). Some of the best views in the Caribbean from the back yard. Highly recommend. Both the Owner (Sidney) and the Mgmt Staff (Virginia) were great to work with. We've traveled all over the Caribbean and the locals on Exuma might be the friendliest!

The view was STUNNING as you walked in the front door!Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Well stocked with everything you need to cook your food. We loved the fact that it was centrally located on the island. We had one issue with one bathroom shower as the water wouldn't get very warm but we would highly recommend this place!

Our family of 6 stayed for 13 nights in January and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us and had everything you could need. Sidney was very polite and responsive to every question we had. Advice for future travelers are to rent a truck if you are able. We regretted not being able to take the paddle boards and kayaks to other beaches. The beach out back was a little too rough for them but the other beaches like Coco Plum and Tropic of Cancer would have been perfect if we could have taken them. Explore the island, enjoy island time. Hard not to love this house and the island. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Exuma and would absolutely recommend it to others. The beach and water are truly stunning. The color of the water is mesmerizing, that clear, vibrant turquoise that Exuma is known for. During our stay we had one day where the tide allowed for a full beach experience, and it was beautiful. The rest of the time the water came up quite high, which meant less sandy beach area, but the views and the sound of the ocean were still incredible and made the setting feel peaceful and special.The house itself was extremely clean and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared for guests. The kitchen in particular was impressively well equipped, we had everything we needed to cook meals comfortably, which made it feel very much like a home away from home.Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth from booking through our stay. It’s clear they care about providing a great experience for their guests.Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The beautiful setting, clean and comfortable home, and attentive host made for a truly enjoyable trip. We would happily stay here again.

This house is even better in person! So beautiful and so clean. Absolutely loved staying here, very glad we chose this house. Very comfortable and the location is central to everything! Very well stocked with everything you need! I already miss having my coffee on the back porch watching the sun rise! The beach out back is great, we swam everyday. Can’t wait to return someday!

We have spent 2 years falling more in love with Exuma as we have built this beach house.

We've launched many adventures from this house, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, kiteboarding, boating and more.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

When looking at properties, we chose this location because of the protection offered by Duck Cay approximately 2 miles out from the beach. We found that it generally made for a bit calmer water for our younger family members and guests. It was the most beautiful water we'd ever seen.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This beach house was built with concrete blocks, filled with concrete and hurricane windows designed to be here for decades.
There are breathtaking views from the Master Bedroom, Great Room and Kitchen/Dining.
Lots of space to sit outside and relax either near the water or near the house....
We have found this to be one of the most relaxing places we've ever been and hope you find the same.
