Sea Watch 1118 is a 2 bedroom plus den, two bathroom condo located on the 11th floor on the south side of the building. There is a new king bed in the primary bedroom, a full bed, with new mattress, and bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the den. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 3 flat-screen TV's, 1 DVD & Blu-ray player and free WiFi. Limit of 6 people. Parking for 1 car. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks Saturday to Saturday. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $75.00 (cash or card) per vehicle from May 1 through September 30.

Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been staying here for 3 years now and a rental unit that won't disappoint. Very clean, great location and right off the elevator. Had a great time. Hope to be there next year.

Had 4 adults 2 young children, large sofa couch and chairs , sitting at high counter seats was hard with kids, bunk bed room was great for the parents and kids , wish there were dark out curtains to block hall light and elevator sounds, convenient laundry outside unit with space for beach stuff. Be prepared to have enough toilet paper, paper towels dish soap and Tupperware . Great beach view and patio. Great pools and playground and easy walk to beach!

Fantastic stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The amenities at this location are unmatched by any other that I have rented. This was a tremendous value and we look forward to returning every year. The water pressure in the master bathroom was interesting to figure out, but maintenance helped us, and it was resolved. Additionally the kitchen desperately needs a full-size garbage can as we had to empty an office sized garbage can on a daily basis. The room was so conveniently located off of the elevator. I was really disappointed in the staff person supervising the pool. There was a sign that said “no throwing balls” and the staff person watched me inflate a beach ball that my child was going to float on waited until I was done blowing it up and then told me that there were no balls allowed in the pool, which was contrary to what the post rules said we were never going to throw it. It was very rude.

It was a wonderful experience! Was first confused about check in, the email when I booked said I would receive an email before my trip with details. I never did. Day of check in, I got a text a few hours before check in telling where to go and what to do. When I did arrive the ladies at Century 21 were fabulous and inviting! The room was clean, the view is always perfect at Sea Watch! Can’t wait till next vacation at Sea Watch!
