This gorgeous, open concept, new construction home is just 0.3 miles from beach access and is beautifully furnished and decorated for a serene beach getaway. Spotted by the Sea features three bedrooms with six beds (king, queen, two twins, twin air bed, and queen sleeper sofa) accommodating up to 9 guests, as well as two full bathrooms – plenty of space to make memories with your entire family or spend quality time with a group of your closest friends.

Spotted by the Sea is located just a six minute walk from the beach, so you can stretch your legs and avoid parking fees. From the beach access point, it’s only an additional 10 minute walk to the Oak Island Pier, where you can stop at Ruby’s Coffeehouse & Eatery to refuel.

By car, Spotted by the Sea is just four minutes from Food Lion and Publix for groceries, five minutes from Middleton Park, five minutes from the beautiful Oak Island Golf Club, and nine minutes from the historic Oak Island Lighthouse.

Perfect location!

My husband, a friend, and I were running the OakIsland half marathon and the location was perfect for the race! The house was super clean and super comfortable!

End of summer trip

Our experience with Annie’s property was just perfect! So clean, so new with anything and everything you need to have an excellent vacation. Great location for a short walk to the beach and convenient to anywhere you need to be. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to visit again!

Relaxing Stay

Annie provided everything we could need to make our stay enjoyable. We had all of the required essentials to cook, clean, shower, etc. we didnt even need to buy coffee or cleaning supplies. Annie was responsive during the stay as well. The pictures of the house exactly match what you see when you walk in. We enjoyed the stay!

Beautiful home!

This home was perfect for our family of 5. Our younger kids were able to stay in the twin bedroom and the master bedroom was the perfect size to be able to use our travel crib for the baby. Very clean and conveniently located near the beach access.

Thoughtful touches throughout!

The house was extremely clean. It was a great place for 6 friends to stay for an extended weekend! The host thought of so many added touches
 the amount of hooks to hand towels, suits etc, umbrellas, extra toiletries, beautiful towel displays etc. it did not go unnoticed. The house is superbly decorated as well.

spotted by the sea-my family’s experience!

This property was just what we needed for our short stay on the Island. Check in and check out we’re fairly simple with minimal hiccups. The property was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. There are rules posted on the wall throughout the property, which was helpful for our teens, but it took away from the home feeling comfortable a bit. Not a big deal, as I understand why they are there. We would probably book again!
