Tucked between a coastal dune lake and Scenic County Highway 30A, lies our beautiful Villa Paradiso at Seagrove Beach home, offering resort accommodations for up to 12 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

This quaint hideaway offers the best of the gulf coast, less than a mile from lake Eastern Lake and a secluded Beach Access. The perfect place for a peaceful family getaway, Villa Paradiso in Seagrove Beach on 30A will surely be a go-to vacation destination for the family for years to come!

You'll find that this stunning home has an inviting, open-plan, living space, ideal for entertaining the whole family.  Hang out on the front porch in the morning, or just chill on one of the balconies.

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and offers plenty of space for preparing Family Dinners!  Plenty of room around the Dining Room Table (6) or the Breakfast Bar (6) to accommodate the whole household comfortably. There's also a Coffee Bar with both K-Cup and Drip-Stye Coffee Makers, Nespresso and beverage cooler!

The living room is the heart of the home, with plentiful room on the couch to sit around flat-screen TV on those balmy Florida nights.  After a day at the beach, gather the family around for a Family Night!

The Master King Suite is located on the second floor and comes with a stunning Master Bath, with walk-in shower AND soaking tub (with flatscreen TV)! On the second floor, you'll find the Living Room, Powder Room & Dining Room as well.  In the Living Room, you'll notice the Queen & Twin sleeper sofas, in case your party needs the extra sleeping space. 

On the first floor, you'll find the Junior Master Suite, with Queen Bed and private bathroom with shower/tub combo.  Dont't forget the Bunk Room!  With custom-built Twin-over-Queen and Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, this is the perfect place for the kiddo's to hang out!

With 17 miles of paved bike trails, you can take the (provided) bikes or golf cart to your next adventure! You don't have to go far, being just minutes to the beach & STEPS from the community pool. The home is perfectly situatedm, so that the huge community pool looks (and feels) like an extension of the home! The screened-in, covered, balcony is the perfect spot to sit & relax, or to watch the kids in the pool.

Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East.

30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
