Located in San José del Cabo, this condo is a dream. With 2 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, it's the perfect retreat for guests seeking a beautiful and serene getaway.
This luxurious and spacious (1,900 square feet) 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beachfront condo is situated on the ground floor of the Las Mañanitas condo complex with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. Las Mañanitas is a gated beachfront resort community with 24-hour security.
This condo has been renovated with designer touches throughout includes: high speed Fiber Optic wireless internet with VPN and 3 streaming TVâs, air-conditioned in 3-zones, equipped with a UV water purification as well as community amenities to include 3 pools with swim up bar and poolside barbecue areas, 3 hot tubs, lounge chairs, umbrellas, a fully equipped gym, tennis, basketball, pickleball courts as well as direct beach access and beach loungers.
This condo is Google Home enabled. All rooms have new bright recessed LED lighting installed, dimmable in bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining rooms.
The beautiful master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a plush new mattress, luxury bedding and private bathroom with double sinks, a huge walk-in shower, large closets with a safe, and a 65â flat screen TV. This room features large sliding glass doors with black-out curtains and direct access to the patio. A large desk gives you plenty of room to work remotely.
The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds with new mattresses, luxury bedding, a flat screen TV with Apple Play, a large closet, built in custom desk and its own full bathroom. Large glass doors give you direct access to the patio and a beautiful beach view, complete with black-out curtains.
The living-room and dining areas are spacious enough for family and friends. The plush sofa, swivel chairs and 2 ottomans are super comfortable for a night in watching your favorite sports or movie on the 65â Flat Screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked featuring modern stainless-steel appliances, coffee maker, tea kettle, blenders, chef worthy pots, pans, knives, spices as well as everything you will need to make your stay feel like home!
A nice laundry room inside the unit with detergent provided, so no need to overpack.
The expansive patio features a large dining table with 6 chairs, 2 plush loungers and a beautiful teak day bed overlooking the pool/hot tub area and the beach. You have your own quaint yard that gives you privacy from the pool area. However, you are close enough to the pool area that there is no need to carry food/drinks to the pool. When you need a refill just step into the condo and return topped off.
Our Condo Guests also have access to multiple water toys, pickleball rackets, balls/beach toys and Tommy Bahama beach chairs for day use.
This ground floor unit is handicap accessible, a few steps away from the pool and direct access to the beach.
Beautiful place to enjoy the Baja sun and watch the moon rise at dusk. Very peaceful and quiet, a perfect place for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation! Direct walk-in/out access to the entire property including free parking right outside condo.
Activities close by include:
Golfing (a Jack Nicolas golf course across the street), sightseeing, sailing, jet skiing, surfing, fishing, tennis, swimming, windsurfing, kayaking, parasailing, snorkeling/diving, biking, ATV riding, horseback riding and shopping.
Located walking distance from a large shopping center with premier grocery stores (La Comer and Chedraui), Starbucks and new the Pescador Plaza (great restaurants and high-end shops).
An easy walk or Uber (2 miles) from beautiful, historic downtown San Jose for excellent local dining, Art galleries, night clubs and shopping. The Thursday Night Art Walk in downtown San Jose is a magical experience that you don't want to miss.
Our complex is only 7.5 miles from the SJD airport and 16 miles from Cabo San Lucas.

We love the vibe of San Jose Del Cabo. Gorgeous weather quiet when you want to relax but, a short ride away from more vibrant life if need be and surrounded by exceptional restaurants.
We are far enough away from the "Spring Break" party crowd that we can enjoy Cabo without all of the craziness but, a 20 minute cab ride away is Cabo San Lucas.
