The space
Inside, you'll find fully stocked kitchens in both houses, equipped with everything you might need to prepare your meals. Choose between the convenience of a Keurig coffee maker or the classic appeal of a drip coffee maker. The kitchen also includes coffee and tea, cooking and baking supplies, a toaster, microwave, and a gas range & oven.

Each house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom stocked with comfortable bedding, linens, towels and toiletries.

Main House:
Bedroom #1- Queen bed with a trundle single bed (for kids)
Bedroom #2- Queen bed with a trundle single bed (for kids) + a pack'n play

Living room of the main house has a queen size sleeper sofa and 1 queen air mattress

This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to our approval. Early check-in is $30 per hour, and late check-out is $33 per hour.

PETS are allowed. Please let us know in advance. We charge $90 per pet for their stay. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.

Hosts and owners are not responsible for your or your guests' safety inside or outside the property. You understand the risk of drowning in the hot tub and take full responsibility. Children should not be left unattended in the backyard or near the hot tub at any time.
