As a guest in our Sunrise Oasis you will be staying in our one bedroom apartment situated above our detached garage (stairs are required for access to the unit). There is a balcony which overlooks the owners manicured backyard and offers stunning views of Mt Baker and Fidalgo Bay. We are located just one block from Historic Downtown Anacortes with an array of shopping and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in Anacortes due to our daughter and her husband's relocation back to his hometown after retiring from the military. We will stay there again if available! !

Angie and Chad's place was fantastic - clean-clean, comfortable, easy parking and access, well thought out, and the kitchen fully stocked with enough pot/pans/utensils/spices to cook almost any meal. The location is good and the views are spectacular!

No notes!! Incredibly accommodating, communicative and well-appointed. Neighboring Guemes island was nearby, the home was in close proximity to stores, restaurants and attractions. Our stay was lovely and we're truly grateful.

This rental, is by far, one of our favorites we’ve ever stayed in. It was beautiful, clean, and had more amenities than we could have asked for a GORGEOUS balcony view! We will try to return to this place, before any others, when we visit Anacortes in the future.

Angie was fantastic about communicating and clearly cares about her guests having a wonderful stay. Instructions for arrival were very clear and accurate, and she had it ready for us early. The accommodations themselves were very clean, comfortable, and well designed and built - felt very luxurious. A perfect place to use as a home base for exploring the beautiful area!

We had a lovely visit to Anacortes and especially enjoyed the lovely view of the waterfront and bright, light-filled and comfortable quarters. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed, and the bathroom had heated floors - a lovely touch!

Amazing place to stay in Anacortes! Fantastic view and close to everything there is to do in the area. The host went overboard in welcoming us and providing over the top accommodations in a beautiful incredible 1 bedroom apartment with lots of space. I could go on and on about how impressed we were here. Definitely recommend and we will stay here again in the future.

Fantastic place even better than the pictures

This is a really well located property that is nicely done up with a beautiful balcony views. Very nicely appointed with heated floors and towel warmer and very well equipped Kitchen. A great place to stay I’ll be back.

We are Washington natives and LOVE the outdoors, including hiking, biking and enjoying a glass of wine by the fire at night. After years of staying as guest in short term rentals we decided to create a welcoming place where we can host and provide an area that travelers can relax and create memories in our amazing town

When we moved to Anacortes, WA in 2015 it was very important that we found a home within walking distance (1 mile) to Historic Downtown shopping and restaurants. We are in a very safe and quiet area.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our lot sits on enough elevation that we have a beautiful view of Mt Baker, Fidalgo Bay and the Cap Sante Marina. Our rental unit is located on the 2nd floor of our detached garage and has a balcony which overlooks our manicured yard.
