Unit #105 is a 1427 square feet newly updated two bedroom, two bath unit on the ground floor with a magnificent Gulf View and an additional 141 square feet patio space opening to the pool area . Unit has a very spacious feel due to the 10 foot high ceilings and lots of beautiful custom made finishes. Kitchen cabinets are refinished and kitchen is equipped with new stainless steal appliances and a standard drip coffee maker. The master bedroom has a King size bed with an attached master bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. Luxury vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen, hallway, living room area and guest bedroom . Master bedroom is carpeted. Unit accommodates 6 people.

Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable stay, this is a very good unit, beautifully decorated, however the convenience of the first floor is the best perk. Being able to unload at your front door and being able to come in from the beach and walk right in thru the patio is priceless! I would highly recommend it. Coral Reef is an awesome property and we love coming here every year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo in reality is as shown in the ad photos. Everything is clean and in good/very good condition. The condo is located at 1st floor which is really a plus to a family with small kids as us. You step out of your porch gate to access the pool and the beach under 1'or relax at the porch high chairs to see the beautiful ocean view. We parked the car in front of the room to load and unloaded the stuff. The staff at the Condominiums is responsive and friendly. The pools are clean. Most guests are families with kids and grandparents so everybody are very nice. We did enjoy our stay and look forward to coming back in our next vacation.

There could be some updates in the condos and our kitchen wasn't stocked very well with cookware (it was dated and looked as though picked from consignment store). Nevertheless, we have always enjoyed our stay. This year and last, however, it seems to be more focused only on owners and as if renters are a nuisance. I don't appreciate having to use outdoor restrooms as if I am some lowly peasant. We pay a lot of money to rent here and I feel this is unacceptable and rude. Also, I don't mind paying for the ice but the price of it is ridiculous. I would just like to see more hospitality in these regards. With all that said, we love coming here and always appreciate the friendliness of the office staff. I recommend it to many people!!
