I am a very honest person, and unfortunately this stay was a bit uncomfortable at first. Upon arrival, the property was not clean and appeared to have been used by previous guests, which was frustrating since we were hoping to rest. However, the host responded very quickly and kindly to our urgent situation and was able to relocate us to another property that met our original agreement. I recommend that before each new guest arrives, the property be checked to ensure the cleaning team has completed their work properly, so this situation can be avoided in the future.Thank you, Craig, for your quick response and for resolving the situation efficiently. Despite this inconvenience, I would stay again at one of Craigâs properties. The way this issue was handled was prompt, professional, and accommodating.Happy New Year!
Location is perfect! Walking distance of all downtown nightlife. Studio was clean and well kept, bed was comfortable, and parking was a plus! Host was flexible with early check in after getting to town ahead of schedule.
We stayed here for a concert in Sioux Falls. The space was what we needed, a bed and a bathroom. It was clean and easy to get in and out of. It was close to downtown attractions as well.
My wife and I spent a weekend in Sioux Falls. If your looking for a great location this is it! Close to bars, restaurants and breweries. If your planning on just hanging out in the room this may not be the place for you. If you need a place to sleep and shower and spend most of your day seeing the sights itâs great. The historic courthouse is very close and worth a visit. Falls park is within walking distance and is a do not miss. Great coffee shop and bakery between this location and the falls.
The host, Craig, and his team were great! They helped me whenever I reached out to them. Very responsive. Something somewhat out of their control was the smoking done by one of the other tenants in the building. It fills the whole hallway/floor up and gets into the room somehow. I bought an air freshener for the room, but that smoke smell ended up getting all over my clothes. I had to rewash everything when I got back. Overall very good experience. Just feedback for others to be aware of
The location is perfect if you want options for eating and local attractions within walking distance. The studio was everything we needed, although smaller than a regular hotel room. Just as an FYI though, the normal supplies arenât available, like shampoo/conditoner, shower soap or a blow dryer. Not a big deal, we just didnât know.
Communication with the property manager wasn't the greatest. We didn't receive check in information until the day of check in after I messaged the host, which seems to be the property manager, two times first. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room is 6 floors up and the elevator broke the first night we were there, which was tricky for us after we spent most of the day walking downtown. In the middle of the night, the microwave randomly turned on by itself scaring us half to death and would not turn off unless the door was left open. We left after that first night considering these issues and delayed responses from the property manager.
Loved the location for our itinerary. The room was perfect for our stay. I forgot to check size of bed before I booked. Would have liked a queen. We are light sleepers so the dong from the clock tower that is two blocks away woke us every hour along with the parking lot foot traffic. A room on the east side of building might not have these distractions.
