Come enjoy this renovated 5 bed, 3 bath home in the heart of South Haven. An easy 4-block walk to the beach and 3-block walk to all the restaurants and shops. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, an inviting screened-in porch, and an awesome game room with Skee-Ball, foosball, shuffleboard, and 2 video arcade consoles. The oversized backyard offers a hot tub, fire pit, volleyball net, basketball goal, large deck, and gas grill. There is something for everyone here, and there is long list of amenities to make your stay easy and comfortable. We invite you to come and create memories at Cardinal Cove!

NOTE: For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have 3 Ring cameras that cover (1) the front porch door; (2) back door and parking area; and (3) driveway.

Lovely vacation home, something for everyone! Very clean, well stocked with supplies. Town and beach are so convenient and so nice to come back to the hot tub at the end of the day. Wonderful!

The house was well furnished and all was in working order. Something you cannot tell from an online ad...how it smells. This house smelled great! Clean, airy! A short walk to beach and downtown shops. Great yard and basement for activities as well.

Great home for relaxation and fun.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, clean and cozy home. Our host provided all the amenities a family might need, to include a well-stocked kitchen, bathroom essentials and entertainment options. The close proximity to the beach and downtown makes it an ideal and easy walk to either. Beach towels, wagon and chairs are also provided. Bonus features of a hot tub, game room and basketball hoop were a big hit with all. Needless to say, we will be back!

Our family of 9 really enjoyed our stay in South Haven! It was a great house, there were more than enough beds & bathrooms for everyone, and we were impressed with the good use of space. Pictures of the house were accurate, and it was even nicer in person. We had fun in the basement, and the kitchen had lots of room for everyone to move around, and was well stocked with everything we needed. It was very convenient to have a high chair, beach towels and beach chairs, etc for us to use. We enjoyed the backyard and the hot tub too. It was an easy, 10 minute or so walk to the beach and downtown as well. We hope to come back!

Great Family Vacation

This property has everything you need for a great family vacation. Kitchen was well-stocked, lots of supplies, toys, games, towels, beach chairs, wagon, great back yard. Owner was very easy to work with and responsive. Would highly recommend!

Amazing girls weekend!

Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your lovely home. It was perfect for our girls weekend. It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook. The hot tub was a hit as well as the spacious patio. We loved it. We will be back! Highly recommend this treasure!

Great summer get away that has it all!

Property is like-new clean. Had every single thing we could need to cook big meals and be entertained. 4 blocks to beach, walking distance to shops, great location and lots to do both in South Haven and at the house alone. Would stay here again without a second thought.

The big red house

House was just as listed. Very quiet street. Charlie and Kathy provided many amenities that helped with the packing! We all agree, this place was perfect for us. And all enjoyed the added gameroom downstairs!

Family Getaway

This property was fantastic! It had everything we needed and more. From the spacious bedrooms, to the fun game room, and beautiful backyard my family and I never wanted to leave and did most of our hanging out at the house. We decided we are going to make this a yearly trip and plan on booking this house again! Kathy and Charlie were also great and even left treats from my family and me. This stay over exceeded our expectations.

Cardinal Cove

Well appointed rental home. Very comfortable for our 3 families of 6 adults and 5 young children. Game room and arcades were enjoyed by kids and adults. Quiet neighborhood, Private outdoor space: fire pit, hot tub, yard for badminton/volleyball, deck (with table and canopy), were all great. The provided beach chairs and wagon were handy for an easy 10 minute walk to the beach (on sidewalk). Easy walk to downtown dining.

Everything we needed for a fun weekend away!

I can't say enough good things about our stay here at the house and about the communication with Kathy. She answered my message right away and took care of what we needed. She even went out of her way to get firewood for us when we could have gotten it ourselves. We used everything from the fire pit, the hot tub, the spacious kitchen with everything we needed, and the many bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. It was nice having the washer and dryer when we needed, and the basement was adorable with so many games we could play! The front porch is a nice play to touch with for fresh air and more games were in the cabinet if we needed it. The gas fireplace in the wall in the living room kept things nice and cozy while we watched movies on the couch. We are grateful for how gracious Kathy was and we felt right at home! Definitely a gem! Thanks again!
