Escape to this stunning, spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat just 2.4 miles from the Fenwick Island/Ocean City beaches. Our 3 story single family home sleeps up to 13 people. With over 3500 square feet throughout, it is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, optional 3 floor elevator, game room including pool table, slot machine, foosball, air hockey and more.

The master suite with ensuite bathroom is on the main floor with 3 additional spacious bedrooms upstairs and one additional bedroom downstairs.

Plus there are 4 private balconies with plenty of seating perfect for drinking your morning coffee, or relaxing with family and friends for happy hour or dinner after a fun day at the beach or pool. We are also within walking distance to various restaurants, bars and more. You will love all the amenities our house has to offer to further enhance your stay.

Our beautiful single family home offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm that the entire family will enjoy.

Wonderful Stay

This property had plenty of room for six adults and six children. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location - short drive to the beach, restaurants and walk to the pool within the community. The game room and yard were perfect for kids, with a balcony for the adults to relax. We hope to return!

Great Stay and Location

Everything in the home was beautiful, from the high ceilings to the choices of furniture! I was inpressed, not an easy feat. Location was amazing. It was really easy to get to and from shopping and the beach. My family really enjoyed the stay and the owner was nice. The only cons for me were the elevator being unavailable (we had one elderly family member) because they didn't know we needed it 5 days in advance and this was the first time we've ever had to bring our own towels and sheets during a short-lease. Those are two things I believe should've been prevalent in the initial listing. Overall, though, I would definitely recommend!

Steve volunteers weekly at Meals on Wheels delivering food to the elderly who are not able to leave their home. Holly is an amazing wife and mom to our three fabulous children who are all very close to each other and enjoy family time together. She also enjoys helping anyone in need.

In a private gated community, you will have plenty of privacy but just a few steps will take you to some of the finest restaurants and happy hours in the area including Mios Italian, Fins Ale House and Raw Bar, Harpoon Hannas and much more!

Since we are just 2.5 miles from the Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches, you will be close to endless hours of entertainment.
