We had such a wonderful time! The home is immaculate and very cozy. The View of the city is incredible, my kids and i sat a the large window upstairs watching planes come and go in the distance. Easy walking distance to a coffee shop nearby, shops, temple square, and food. If you dont like a short walk, electric scooters are all over on sidewalks to rent.We would love to stay at this home again!

This house was perfect and well equipped for our family Christmas shopping weekend. It was walking distance to temple square and to the City Creek mall. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all the family so we could all have our own. The host was so good to work with. The views out the west windows were to die for. Loved our stay and would totally stay here again!

House was great. Recently remodeled and modern with top notch kitchen. Wonderful layout — bedrooms are not near one another and each one had its own bathroom. We all hung out in the common spaces but then had privacy in our own personal space. Host was fantastic. Welcomed us promptly, made sure we knew how to reach him, and was never intrusive. I had to contact him once and he was super prompt.

Highly recommend for families

We traveled to Salt Lake City to attend an event at the Salt Palace. Check in was easy. Excellent communication with owner as needed. Two small issues popped up and owner immediately handled it without being asked just to make our stay perfect. Great recommendations provided for local restaurants and for other local sight-seeing locations. Home was clean and had all the essentials. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our four families who were traveling together. You won’t regret staying here if you need to be close to the Salt Palace or downtown Salt Lake area.

Perfect Property

The house was exactly what we needed. There was plenty of space for the teenagers of our group to be out from underfoot and the adults to enjoy great conversation. Host was super responsive to questions. There was only one parking space but we didn't have any issues finding on street parking just a short walk away. The location near downtown Salt Lake was ideal. I would highly recommend!

Perfect

My group and I came into town for work at the Salt Palace. It was an easy walk to and from as well as other attractions in the downtown area. Sam was quick to respond to anything. He was kind enough to drop off a printout of something I needed that was time sensitive. Next trip to Salt Lake City, definitely staying there!

Spacious and Convenient

This property has plenty of beds and bathrooms for a good sized group as well as places to gather. The kitchen can support some simple meals, too. It is walkable to many SLC amenities and attractions including Downtown (if you can manage hills). There is one bedroom and two full baths on the main floor. All others will require a flight of stairs. There are a few steps to access the property, too. There is one parking spot right next to the property. Plenty of street parking is a short walk away (with some incline, depending on where you park). Though a dense area, we never had issues with noise or prying neighbors. The property is private. Overall, we would stay here again if in SLC with a medium sized group. Sam, the host, was communicative and made our stay pleasant.

Fun Family Vacation Hub

We stayed in SLC for an athletic event, and this house was a great spot for the 5 of us to have a place to relax and wind down. The house is newly renovated with high quality appliances and is well designed for each person / couple of larger groups to have their own space. The host was very responsive to a couple minor requests and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Perfect vacation rental!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home on our ski trip. The home is charming and historic but tastefully updated, beautifully decorated, well-stocked and perfectly clean. The location is wonderful—close to airport, walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and everything else downtown, and also has easy access to freeways to get you to all the ski mountains nearby! Sam was a wonderful host and ensured we had what we needed during our entire stay. We can’t wait to stay here again!
