Perfect location for walking distance to a beautiful beach!

This was a great condo for two if you would like to be walking distance to a great beach that is not over crowded. Also great location to plenty of restaurants or if you want to explore along 30A. The host and team went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Very easy to contact and fast to respond. They made sure we had all we needed and even made special arrangements to make sure we were comfortable for my daughter who has some health issues. Would recommend this condo to others.

Repeat as Needed

Communication and entering property went well. We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be peaceful and well maintained. The condo was very clean and organized.We were a few steps away from the waterfront beach access. We appreciated not having to drive to the beach. That being said, this location is close to Grayton Beach State Park which has beautiful protected sand dunes if you want to have another type of beach experience in a park setting. I would love to return to this location.

Amazing Stay - Hidden Gem in 30A

We had a great stay in 30A! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Perfect for couples. Loved having two beach chairs and an umbrella included. The private beach was just a short walk away, and we were close to tons of great restaurants. You really can’t beat the location or the price. Abby was super responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

A little piece of Heaven

The condo was perfect for us. Had all the things you need for a great beach stay. The condo comes with beach chairs and umbrella but if you want to rent chairs on the beach it is available too! Kitchen is all you need! Such a great us of space! Beach access is so close and pool was perfect!!

Charming studio

While the space was compact, everything was thoughtfully spaced and included everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The place was clean and well taken care of. Best of all it was just a short walk to the beach and located right by the pool. It is the perfect stay for two people or maybe 2 + small kids. Would definitely stay here again! We also appreciated the fact that Abby reached out asking if there was anything to make our stay better & we mentioned a full length mirror mostly for future guests but she went out of her way to purchase & deliver it to us in a timely manner!

Excellent communication from beginning to end! The location cannot be beat! You can have your feet in the sand in under one minute of leaving the condo. Parking (both auto and bike) was conveniently close too. The unit owners make great use of the smaller space and provide ample shelving and drawers. No need to bring spare clothes hangers, they’ve got them! As well as a weight scale, iron ironing board. Kitchen had most everything I needed for my two week. I brought my own champagne glasses, they have wine and other drinking glasses though. Powerful WiFi, never had any issues!

A Great Little Beach Place!

Our stay was enjoyable! It's obvious the owners have put a lot of thought into their beautifully decorated, comfortable and well appointed condo....making the best use of the space to meet ones needs! Our only wish was for another outlet in the kitchen and a full length mirror would have been appreciated! The location is great...both to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping! Parking is good too! All in all..a great place for a short stay!
