Casablanca Condos 1237 square foot ocean/beach front unit with unobstructed ocean views! Beautiful views from the deck overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Great deal for families! Sleeping for 6 with a great cross-breeze with windows facing the ocean as well as on the opposite side. Washer/Dryer, ironing board with iron, hairdryer in the bath. Kitchen fully equipped with service for 6, plus coffee maker, blender, ice bucket and barware, and lobster pot. Rental includes two on-site parking spaces.
Events: Weekly Concerts in Town Square this Summer. Free shows from Capricorn Productions every Monday and Tuesday night at 7 pm in season. Fireworks: Starting June 28 every Thursday evening through Labor Day at 9:45 pm on the beach next to The Pier. Sponsored by Palace Playland, The Pier, and other local businesses. Also July 4th! Ocean Park Music Festival Sunday evening live music at the Temple on Temple Ave (7:30 pm). Chautauqua Weeks inspirational services. July 4 – Fireworks In The Square

Family vacation

We loved our stay at casablanca. The location to the beach and amenities was amazing. We loved the balcony to sit on and enjoy the ocean view. The only thing more we could have wished for were a few more towels, but it wasn't a big issue.

Old Orchard Condo on the beach

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for our weekend vacation. The views from the deck were awesome and we had beautiful sunrises. The pier is a five minute walk and everything you need is right there. Extremely easy check-in. Would definitely stay here again if we come up this way!

The layout of the place is perfect. Having two bathrooms is fantastic! Living room was so bright and with the doors and windows open it felt like you were right on the beach! The place was clean. The 3 flights of stairs were a bit much to carry everything up but totally worth it for the view. The biggest con was the coin operated washing machine and dryer not working. The money you pay to stay should more than enough cover a free washer and dryer.

Lovely location. Felt like the listing should have stayed NO air-conditioning and it was on the third floor. Other than that, great. We were lucky with the weather and the fact all of us could do stairs fine.

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend getaway and it was perfect. The view is spectacular and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Communication from the property manager was more than expected (in a refreshing way). All of us would definitely stay here again!

Great Ocean View

The condo worked out perfectly for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The ocean view is unobstructed and the beach is right in front. The condo was fully equipped with anything we needed. Only issue was we couldn’t stay longer! Thank you.

Great location, subpar property

Great location and loved being right on the ocean. However, cleanliness of the unit was not up to par. There was a used paper plate under the couch, sweat stained hat left in the couch, and beer caps left from previous renters. The coffee machine was caked in crumbs. One of the kitchen island chairs was broken from previous renter. There were not enough linens provided. It states tp and paper towels are somewhat provided but we were left with only half a roll of paper towels with no other replacements and no dish towels. Also the living area and patio is not as pictured. While the location is something that you cannot beat, having stayed in and around OOB for the last 16 years and experiencing other properties, I would take a little bit of a walk to the beach with a well cared for property over renting here again.

Great Weather

We love Casa Blanca with the open deck. The space is clean and very comfortable. Extremely relaxing and quiet. The view is beautiful. Sunrise is spectacular!

Perfect BFF get away!

Condo exactly as described. Right on the beach, nice private deck facing sunrises
.with seating for 4 with table,. Totally equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker/pod combo. TV in all bedrooms & living room. 2 full baths. 4 beach chairs & kids toys. Place was very clean & quiet with lots of storage, so check the closets if u need something Would definitely rent this condo again!!!!!!! Only suggestion
 needs a few more bath & dish towels & washcloths & make sure to leave garbage bagsâ˜ș

Sept 3rd to Sept 10

We stayed for a week, location was close to everything we needed, Condo was exactly as described, right on beach, awesome views. Hosts were easy to work with. Only recommendation would be to maybe have some beach chairs/boogie boards available for guests to use as coming from out of town it is not practical to buy to use for a week. Overall had a great experience! Thank you!

Incredible View

Maine was hot and there is no airconditioning. There are good fans and often great breezes. The basement laundry is coin operated and requires many quarters. The 3rd floor walk up gets you good exercise.

Maine Get-away

First time visiting Maine - Condo was right on the beach which was ideal! Nice rooms but on the very hot/humid nights where there was no ocean breeze it was very uncomfortable to sleep due to no air conditioning. They do have oscillating fans but they provided little relief. Within walking distance to many shops/restaurants.

Fabulous Location!

We could not have picked a better place! The condo is right on the beach with fabulous views from the deck. Very clean and stocked if you want to cook in. There is a local grocery store not that far away that we walked to. Towels were provided and linens and the beds were very comfortable. Yes, it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but we did not mind. We left our beach items in our car so we did not have to carry them up and down. We walked the beach every day which was cleaned every morning. Items we brought were our beach chairs, some paper towels and toilet paper but the condo had trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, coffee filters, basics. Would definitely revisit this property.

Memorial Day weekend

The place is very clean. Neighbors are quiet. The view is phenomenal. Very relaxing although the weather did not cooperate but we had a blast.

Perfect location.

Great little property, clean, well appointed and comfortable with a fantastic view of the ocean. Only issue was is it’s a 3rd floor walk up. Good for exercise, bad for knees! Property manager very responsive. Would definitely stay again.
