Cozy Beach Cottage with PRIVATE Pool and walk to BEACH!

Coastal Cabana is a beautiful new home located just steps away from the white sandy shore of Mexico Beach. The home has three bedrooms that sleep 7 guests and an open floor plan and fully stocked kitchen that is great for family getaways. Driveway to the sand is an easy 300 step walk!

Coastal Cabana sleeps 7 with 1 king bed, 1 queen and a twin/full bunk. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a shared bathroom with the third bedroom which has a twin over full bunk. Each bedroom has a flatscreen smart TV.

Guests can park in the driveway big enough for 4 midsized cars.

The dining/kitchen area are open concept - perfect for family getaways. Dining Table seats 6 guest, as well as 4 barstools.

The living room is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating surrounding the 50" flat screen smart TV. Open to the kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs including a Keurig Duo coffee maker. To add to the cooking essentials, there is also a grill on the back porch.

Other essentials included: laundry room with full size washer/dryer, pack n play and high chair.

Great location! We wanted something quiet to enjoy our daughter's sixth birthday. Our kids (both under 9) loved the pool and the arcade game. The house layout is also well done.

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The home was perfect location offering short walk to beach and food options! The place was very clean and well equipped! There was plenty of room for our boat as well! Just right down the street from the boat ramp! We will be back soon!

Nice home

We rented this home with intentions on just having a weekend getaway for our anniversary but decided to take our children since there was extra rooms. Upon arrival, house was very clean and everything was well stocked and organized. We really enjoyed the pool and patio area. Very short walk to the beach and location is very good. Very quiet area with quiet neighbors. Would definitely book again.

Very nice place. We enjoyed the home, how close it was to the beach, the swimming pool & grill. Only cons were, 1 roll of toilet paper, one trash bag per can & 1 roll of paper towels. We made several trips to the store not realizing the price we paid didn’t come with at least a few rolls of toilet paper & a couple extra trash bags. Dryer took forever to dry clothes & construction was literally next door building a home early hours to evening. We had never stayed at a rental, so we didn’t know what to expect. They had beach toys, pool toys & a wagon we used for our children. Which was very helpful. There are safety alarms on the doors but my two toddlers were able to unlock doors and try to get out of the house or get to the pool (which was scary) I would suggest better locking up top. Overall the perfect location & place for a vacation !!

Clean, short walk to the beach. Could use an umbrella around the pool but I improvised with a beach umbrella. Pool net was about broken so you couldn’t get the little leaves out. Pool was also a little green but definitely would return.
