Comfortable, newly renovated home, walk to beach!

Remodeled home , walking distance to the beach, plenty of parking, front and back patios, fire pit and grill. Close to National Lakeshore, Indiana State Park, wineries, breweries, Blue Chip Casino, restaurants, apple and berry picking, Notre Dame football games, hiking and bike trails. Quiet and safe family neighborhood! Sorry, no pets allowed.
The space
There are two bedrooms with Queen beds, one on the first floor and the other on the 2nd floor, has an en suite bathroom. There are 2 sets of bunk beds in the bunk room on main floor. Both the bedrooms on the first floor share a full bath. Both bath towels and beach towels will be provided.

The living room has a smart TV. Puzzles and some games are also available.

There is also a trampoline and tree swing in the back yard that you may use at your own risk. Both require adult supervision when used by children.
Guest access
The garage and basement are not included.
Other things to note
Guests will not need a key; a code will be provided to unlock the front door on the morning of their arrival via messenger.
Check in in after 3:00 pm and checkout is by 11:00 am so that we can clean for our next renters.

Our relationship with our neighbors is very important to me and events and parties are not allowed. After 10:00 pm, all outdoor noise should be ended so that neighbors are not disturbed. I will also be your neighbor, so this rule will be strictly enforced. Thank you for your understanding.
