New Beachfront Condo Casa ColoTico in Golden Palms

Unit 1 in the new Golden Palms building. We are excited to share this spacious 2-bedroom 2-bath beachfront condo. Located steps from the beach and a short walk to the Costa Rica Sailing Center and the restaurants of Playa Potrero.
The condo is brand new with all the amenities for a great stay. Located on the first floor with doors that open directly out to the beach-literally steps away. This is a great location for families with children and individuals who would prefer to avoid stairs.
The space
The condo features a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, walk in closet, and a desk in case you need a space to be a digital nomad.

The second bedroom is furnished with a custom twin over queen T- shaped bunk bed that is perfect for either a couple (no crawling over one another and sleeping next to a wall) or a family with multiple children.

There is also a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping capacity.

The condo is furnished in a breezy beachy style that will give you a cool refuge from all the outdoor activities. Each living/sleeping area has its own high efficiency air conditioner and ceiling fan so guests can easily control their own temperature. Weekly housekeeping is included for those staying a week or longer – a nice perk to help you relax and enjoy your vacation.

Casa ColoTico can be rented in conjunction with our next door neighbors at Golden Palms to make a 4 bedroom/4 bath unit that can accommodate larger groups and allow for private living spaces.
Other things to note
Playa Potrero is a lovely beach town with a variety of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance of Casa ColoTico. We are located right across the street from Potrero’s well stocked fruit stand. Playa Flamingo’s new marina is visible from the porch and also within walking distance.
